"There is a swim-up bar but you cannot drink in the pool. No gym"

"The property is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant has good food which is a tad expensive but expected I suppose for the quality of the hotel. The pool is smaller but great to cool off in. A couple of things I did not like. One, the birds in the outdoor sitting area. They congregate at night and don’t stop squawking until 2 or 3 in the morning and start up again around 5 a.m. they are so loud outside the rooms that it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. Two is there are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance everything else you’d have to taxi too. This is a great hotel to stay a night if you’re in Belize city for an excursion. I definitely wouldn’t stay for an extended vacation as there’s not much to do around the area. "

"Property was about 20-30 mins away frm the ferry terminal .. then an additional 5-10 mins frm check in bldg .. you will def need a golf cart to get around the property & the island. Room was extremely clean when I arrived .. it was a bit cold which I had to adjust but that’s just me. My only issue was the fact that the wifi was down for about 2 days & when I checked out the system was down so I had to do everything manually. "
