"Not a good experience. Very untrained staff who lacks basics of hotel management. Lot of shouting, jumping and other noises coming in the room. It was staff members who were doing all that. Very poor room service, you need to call multiple times to get single thing. Also, they make a lot of mistakes in preparing bills as well. "

After telling them that payment due at resort then they say pay 30/40% all on WhatsApp messages or else there won’t be a room available. Thinking it was a scam I didn’t make any payment in advance. "Overall the hotel is very good, but i want to point out some problem that i feel need to be address 1. The food services need to be more versatile in terms of timing, the food lounge open after 8 am in morning, so you canot get service before that so its is problematic if u have a early program and you want to have breakfast early, so hotel management shall open the food lounge bit early . 2. There must some Locker,or hanger for the clothes to hang, there is totally no locker or hanger for your clothes to leep....its very disappointed...."
