"We had a wonderful stay in the Chapoutier Gite "La Tour du Pavillon" in the midst of perhaps the best vineyard on the hill of Hermitage. A Syrah lover's dream. Although it is small (about 27 sq m/290 sq ft per the description) it is so well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful for check in and check out, and quickly took care of the one maintenance issue we encountered even though it was very late in the evening. Such a magical location and we hope to return again soon."

"This was a great place to stay quietly and get work done, even with the music festival going on the flat was peaceful. The Wifi connection is excellent, a fast and reliable connection at all times. I was unfortunate that when I arrived parking restrictions and road closures for the music festival made it difficult to get to the flat. At other times free parking nearby was not a problem. It is also worth noting the flat is at the top of a long steep set of stairs. I found the flat to be walking...
