"This unit did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, rooms were comfortable and there were many ways in the unit to keep your vacation fun going after the water park was closed. The hosts made sure nothing was missing! From arcade and board games to coffees and teas, they left you needing nothing! We would love to stay at this condo again. It made our stay absolutely perfect."

"We enjoyed our stay at the River Roost. It is clean, well-furnished, spacious, and a short ride to attractions, supper clubs/restaurants, and hiking areas. The hosts were amazing with communication, check in/out instructions, and any other information. The only thing we’d change is being able to spend more time there! "

"We stayed here with our seven children and their families. We loved that there were different gathering spots in the house. The pool was a hit! The beds were comfortable. And Patrick was an amazing host! He responded so fast when we had questions and was so friendly and kind! We are already planning a return trip next year!!"

"The condo was perfect for our family (6 adults & 5 kids all under age 8). It was very clean and spacious. The pools, indoor and outdoor water park was great and not overly crowded. The only downside was the check in process. We did not receive any communication from the host and needed to call. After calling we received an email with the door code but no direction on where the unit was located on the property. I stood in line at the hotel registration where the attendant then provided me with a map of the campus and directions to where my condo unit was located. Once we got to our condo, our stay was fabulous. The unit is centrally located and close to the water park. We will be back. "
