Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, this was our 3rd year to stay #15. We have it reserved for Nov 2025. The location is excellent. View is superb.A few things that could use improvement:Needs painting throughout. Dining room table needs replaced. Recliner needs to be replaced . Kitchen cabinets need upgrading including countertop.

The only issues were cleanliness especially around baseboards and the condo was not equipped well in the kitchen with storage containers for food etc. I have been coming for years and my sister has stayed in this condo for many years so I know the couch has been there forever and you can feel the grime on it...should maybe consider cleaning it or replacing it.

It is just a few minutes from Publix, Walmart, many restaurants and seafood markets. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the on site check in and management can’t be beat. The beach was not over crowded and we felt secure at the property. The beach chair attendant was friendly and helpful. We have been coming to the Destin area for over 40 years and Coral Reef Club is our absolute favorite place to stay. We will be back soon!

Access to the beach was quick and being on the bottom floor made taking all of our beach items a breeze. Some minor concerns I have were some of the lights on the sidewalk didn’t work, and the chairs get picked up too early (5:00). The room was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of utensils and dishes. I will most definitely try to get this exact condo again!
