Location is everything and this place had it! Beach and restaurant within walking distance and grocery stores with a 5 min drive. The unit has a great view of the ocean and the pretty resort style pool! It was clean and it smelled clean lol the only issue for me personally was the old and barely working stove, definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise overall this is a great unit!
