This is a Gulf View, 3rd Floor, Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit. There is a King size bed in Master bedroom, a Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Glass Doors are in Living Area and Master Bedroom Going Out to the Open Balcony with Composite Wood, Bar Height Furniture to Relax and Enjoy the Scenery. The Kitchen has Granite Counter Tops and an Undermount Sink with a Tile Backsplash accent. The island gives the kitchen a spacious feeling.
This unit has an amazing view of the beautiful emerald green water, gorgeous sandy white beach, and a fantastic view of the pool to make keeping an eye on the kids a breeze!
With its open balcony with seating for four, outdoor dining, while dolphin watching, is a must!
317B is conveniently located near the elevator and is just steps away to the beautiful beach.
