Pelican Beach 510 is a gorgeous fifth-floor condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to six. Coastal decor and cozy furnishings set the tone for a relaxing stay in this stunning retreat. Sink into the comfortable couch, breathe in the sea air, and take in gorgeous views while the kids catch up on their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Start a puzzle at the breakfast bar or gather for a board game at the dining table. It’s easy to prepare fabulous meals in the bright, airy kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Find refuge after long days of fun in the sun in the beautifully appointed master suite featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The kids can take the twin bunks in the hall, while the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for two.

You won’t have to travel far to enjoy your time in Destin, whether hanging out at the community pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying the beach. For more adventure, cool off at Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or shop the afternoon away at the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. The whole family can spend hours on blaster boats, bumper cars, and more at The Track, then refuel with delicious seafood at your choice of waterfront restaurants nearby, including the Back Porch, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Lulu’s. It’s all just minutes away!

Parking notes: Special parking passes will be issued to all registered guests with a maximum of two vehicles per rental. Vehicles must display the pass on their windshield to be allowed entry.

Pelican Beach 510 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Sistercation 2025 was a huge success and tons of fun! The condo was great and the bed was so comfortable! We really enjoyed the table and chairs on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful view and beach. Needed some maintenance - kitchen faucet was loose and lots of chipped trim. Wish there were 2 chairs in room for beach.

We loved this unit! The place itself was spotless and updated with a BEAUTIFUL ocean view and the location was perfect! Two pools, a cafe with coffee breakfast sandwiches, and a tiki bar on the beach were our favorite amenities. We would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!

Right on the Beach

Updated, beautiful condo Right on the beach. It is a high rise, so it takes a while to walk down to the beach, but that's okay. Bed is very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location and amenities!

We loved our stay. The unit was perfect size for our family. The only downside was the water pressure in the primary bedroom bathroom. There are also other small maintenance that needs to be done on the unit such as missing knobs on cabinets, closet door was off hinges, paint scratches etc. Nothing that would prevent us from booking again though! The ac was wonderful. Loved the balcony and being right on the ocean. The pools were amazing and have the onsite tiki bar and cafe were really nice! All staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great place!

We loved the Pelican. It has a tiki bar where you can get food and drinks, a cafe for breakfast and multiple pools and hot tubs. Our room was clean and the view was amazing!!!! We stayed for 3 nights so if we had of been there a week, we would have preferred a washer/dryer in room but I understand they had them on the same floor. Most restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. Call ahead to get your beach chairs reserved :) scenic was helpful and got us in our room early which we know is not typical. Overall, loved our stay and would book with Scenic again!

Perfect view, amazing beach!

The property was great! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beach was lovely and the water was amazing and calm. It wasn’t too crowded - always enough chairs and spots by the pool or beach. We will be back!

Property was nice! Bed was terrible, extremely uncomfortable and lots of noise from neighbors and trash shute during the night. Private beach chairs took too much room, not able to set up our own beach chairs and umbrella near shore.

Nice place for a getaway

After a few hiccups with a leaking faucet and water soaking everything on the counter to the table from the repairs it was a nice stay. Would stay again, wish the big pool stayed opened later. But the smaller on was still pleasant.

This was a beautiful condo in a great location! The resort also had a lot of good amenities. I would say the only downfall was that you were not allowed to set up your beach chairs and umbrellas by the resorts chairs. All personal beach set ups had to be behind the resorts chairs and umbrellas wayyyyy in the back. This was difficult if you had children to watch while they were playing in the water.

Perfect location and unit!

The unit was beautiful, updated, and the beds were super comfortable! We loved the central-Destin location that was close to our favorite restaurants and appreciated the accommodations on site. The drinks at the tiki bar were great and being able to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee downstairs at the cafe was very convenient. Our only “complaint” was the outdated/small luggage racks but those are a building issue that this unit would have zero control over. We will definitely be back!

Had a problem with the AC. The management company sent someone out quickly and took care of the problem. I informed them the shower curtain in the master bath had mold on it and the tub was dirty. A crew was sent in while we enjoyed the amazing beach. When we got back to the condo we found the liner had been swapped out but the tub was still dirty. Having some basics (salt, pepper, etc) would’ve been a fantastic way to start.
