This upscale three-story lakefront beach retreat is a perfect vacation experience of comfort and luxury. Four bedrooms with full baths can accommodate up to 12 guests with all the comforts of home and ample space for the whole family to enjoy. Elegant and airy décor with coastal color palettes invite you to enjoy the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful custom woodwork, chandeliers, and hardwood floors. The main living space is bathed in natural light during the day and features intricate, custom, high-end details that pull together the perfect space to relax with company or entertain. The kitchen offers granite countertops, custom cabinets, high-end appliances, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a breakfast bar, and a dining area for a comfortable gathering place with family and friends while cooking. The living space features a spacious sectional sofa, comfortable armchairs, flat screen TV with streaming, fireplace, and captivating lake views. An additional fire pit on the second-floor primary suite balcony and sliding glass doors lead you to the covered balcony overlooking the lake. The third floor has a large living area, king bed, ensuite bath, and kitchenette.

It is a Destiny West community rule that all golf carts can only be rented from the local company DESTIN ELITE CARTS for a discount.

** Pre-arrival grocery delivery & set up! (Don't waste beach time in the stores.) We've partnered exclusively with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional grocery delivery to ensure your kitchen and fridge are fully stocked upon arrival. Contact information will be given with rental agreement.

Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancelation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the Check-in date will result in a $250.00 cancelation processing fee.
