Both areas contain a common south wall that has floor-to-ceiling windows opening directly onto the furnished balcony overlooking the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a new Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, glass top range, and microwave that also serves as a second convection oven. It also contains a new Moen farm-style stainless steel sink and Nio high-arc faucet. All cookware, utensils, and place settings are fresh and new with a modern flair.

The master bedroom has new king bedroom furniture, mattresses and bedding, a 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom has been completely renovated to include a frameless glass and beautiful high-end tile spa shower and a jetted tub with integrated tile work. The bathroom features a gorgeous white high-gloss countertop, a double vanity with new Kohler porcelain white sinks, Kichler lighting, and modern Moen 90 Degree faucets with matching towel bars, and a new comfort height toilet. One of the guest bedrooms features a new king size bed with a new mattress and bedding, new 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV’s, and private access to north balconies overlooking the Destin area. The second guest bedroom has new queen size bedroom furniture with a new mattress and bedding, new 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV’s, and private access to north balconies also overlooking the Destin area.
