Shoreline Towers has completed a major exterior 20 plus million dollar renovation. Unit 3103 has new windows, balcony sliders and a brand new patio balcony with amazing views.

Unit 3103 is a must-see 10th floor beachfront condo located in the heart of Destin. With 1430 sq. ft. of living space, this condo is filled with all the comforts of home, yet located in a tropical paradise.

You wonโ€™t want to miss this newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Tower 3 with modern beach dรฉcor throughout. It features a master bedroom with king bed, walk-in and additional closet, private bath, balcony access and Gulf views. The spacious second bedroom offers 2 queen beds, full size closet and large built in entertainment center. A large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for six, supplies everything you need for dining in. This unit conveniently offers full-size washer/dryer and wireless internet connection.

Shoreline Towers is located within a privately guarded and beautifully landscaped complex directly on the beach. A beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella is provided for you, offering the most comfortable way to enjoy the sugary white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. Family friendly activities include a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, workout area, his/her sauna, shuffleboard, and basketball goals. The outdoor grills provide a great way to enjoy your fresh catch or BBQ with the family.

Waterfront dining, grocery and retail shopping, and family fun parks are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Another great way to spend a day would be chartering a fishing boat or playing golf at one of the renowned golf courses in the area.

Beach setup runs March through October.
$65.00 Property fee is damage insurance. No deposit required, covers accidents or damage during stay that are reported to onsite rental company, STAR Rental.

What an amazing treasure! You're welcomed by the beautiful gulf waters as soon as you enter and are only steps away from the beach. Whole family loved this place and we will be back.

Beautiful and relaxing

My husband and I visited for our 30th anniversary. The entire process was smooth and clear. The property grounds were clean and the condo was beautifully. The view from the balcony was amazing. The provided beach chair service was great. An added bonus was watching dolphins every day. The condo was surround by many restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay.

A beautiful destination

This beautiful condo has it all. It is a large, well-decorated condo. It really has everything you need. Easy to check in and communication was great. The location is fabulous, and you can walk to coffee spots, restaurants, and grocery stores. The amazing view of the beach is truly amazing!!

Shoreline Towers 3103 condo

We had a great time, easy access to beach, great patio view of the gulf, close to grocery stores. Obviously US 98 is a 24 hr. disaster to drive, so just take your time when going out. Apartment was very clean and well prepared, kitchen was greatly equipped.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolute wonderful stay. The check in process was simple, owners checked in with us to make sure all was well, they responded quickly to messages prior to check in. The condo was beautiful with stunning views. We were able to watch dolphins on the balcony. The large patio doors were amazing to let the warm air in and hear the crashing of the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated. The white sandy beaches were phenomenal. Loved having beach service. The pool was amazing and warm. Wouldn't have asked for a better vacation and a place to call home for a week.

Great Location

I always stay on Holiday Isle for the convenience to the beach and to the stores. I enjoyed my stay even with the construction. Even with the elevator, the workers were courteous. The check in process was not the best, the code for the door was sent late and I was stuck outside ๐Ÿ˜ณ Unfortunately the guard didn't have any information to help, but he stayed outside with me in the rain while i got in touch with VRBO. That was very nice of him, especially since i was very tired from the long drive from Ohio. The property was modern and well kept. I enjoyed the extra blankets. I liked that i could pair my phone with the Samsung TV as well.

Relaxation time

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this rental. It was in a great location, clean and offered many amenities. We spent a lot of time just sitting and relaxing on the balcony watching the waves and boats going by.The owners were very prompt answering questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

The condo itself was very cute with great views. However it was very dirty sand was still all over from previous people, mold on ceiling by both exhaust fans. Washer and dryer were supper gross could not even use the. They were covered in sand and washer had mold in it and smelled. Did contact the owners about the sand all over and the mold in bathroom they sent someone over to get it cleaned up. We also had a very rude guy at the gaits one of the nights we went through the was very disrespectful. The beach was great and bed was comfortable.

Room problems

When we arrived we couldn't get into our room. The gate person said when the room is ready the code will let us in. Kept trying the code for 2 hours then went to the office and they had to give us a code that worked. On one of the rainy days we were trying to watch a movie and they started drilling and working on the room right above us. It was so loud we had to leave. They were still working on it 3 hours later when we returned. A little disappointing.

Great location!

The location of Shoreline Towers is great! We were close to the beach, the pool and a short walk to a few restaurants! The outlet mall is 15 minutes away with many great places to eat along the way. The owners are very responsive to any questions also. The condo had everything we needed and more! We will be staying here again next year.

Minimalistic

I cannot recommend Shoreline Towers. We liked the location, however, the building and grounds were blah. Just a white tower of apartments on an asphalt lot without any color, decor, personality, or welcoming feeling. Felt very much like a sanitarium or assisted living - not a vacation resort AT ALL. The 2 Bedroom apartment was cute, and had a fully stocked kitchen of dishes and appliances. The refrigerator didnโ€™t work well though - it frosted and defrosted without notice. Our biggest disappointment โ€ฆ. No shampoo, lotions, QTips, cotton balls, starter coffee packets no salt and pepper. We havenโ€™t had this experience with any other stays in the world, frankly. No basic items? I donโ€™t think I am a spoiled traveler, but really? These items should be provided with any rental stay. They claim It is a Florida law, butโ€ฆ I have rented many places in Florida , and these things are always provided.

Great location, amazing view, great amenities

My family and I stayed for a week and the condo was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was cozy and the view off the balcony was just perfect. We enjoyed the use of the extra beach equipment and chairs left in the condo. The provide beach service with chairs and umbrella was also appreciated. The gym, pool, and pickle ball courts were well maintained. We would most definitely return and stay here again!

We loved the condo and the location in Destin! It was just as described with a great view of the ocean! It was so nice, well decorated and clean! The only recommendation I would have, the mattress in the bedroom with two queen beds are not very comfortable and need to be updated.

This was our first stay in Destin and we nailed it with our choice of this condo. Everything was really great about this condo. Nice and roomy, comfy beds, gorgeous balcony view. Close walk to the beach - nice and paved (was easy on our older folks), sand wasnโ€™t scorching hot even on a hot day. Chair set up was amazing!! Lots of parking in the parking lot. Close to Target, grocery stores, restaurants. Will totally stay here again for a trip to Destin! Thank you hosts!

Girls trip 2024

The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked as they should, the bedrooms were spacious, lots of closet space and they had beach toys available. You can see the beach from the deck and we could see dolphins swimming while we sat on the deck. The condo is within short driving distance to many restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous view

construction noise was a bit irritating, but it is a very nice condo, and the view of the beautiful beach and ocean was fabulous.
