Shoreline Towers 1036 - Remodeled Private Beach Front Condo in Destin - 3BR

Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has an open kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furniture and kitchen aesthetic. The living room has two new sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. Finally, the unit include 4 smart TV's.

We loved the beautiful condo. It was very roomy for a family of 7. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms had beach view. The owner was extremely nice and very quick to answer messages.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed, even an ice maker! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. You can see a lot of thought and effort went into making this property fit for vacationers. The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store and Target. The beach was phenomenal! We only used the pool one day and it was too windy to use the tennis and pickleball courts but the gym and sauna were nice amenities. I would recommend this property!

Steps to the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Partial beach view from 2 bedrooms and a super short walk to the beach. Free beach service was great to have. It was newly updated so the pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen has a separate ice maker which was amazing to have. Definitely renting this unit again!

This property was as advertised. They were upfront about the construction going on, but where we stayed in Tower 1, the construction did not affect us. We loved that the beach was so close!! We also took advantage of the heated pool with our grand baby. It was nice that there were restrooms at the pool. The tennis and pickle ball courts were nice. My daughter and husband played pickle ball and utilized the workout gym. BUT…the amenity I enjoyed the most was the beach service of two chairs and an umbrella each day!! LOVED this, and it was SO appreciated.

We were expecting gulf side, balcony, clean, close to the water, swimming pool at the condo, happy to spend 2 weeks there! It was not! Talked to owner. Gave us tower 2 12th floor. Tiny balcony,dirty under beds, no grab bars, tiny view of water, dirty rugs swimming pool far from our building. I CAN'T SEE WHAT I'M WRITING! NOT HAPPY WITH OUR CONDO! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!HAPPY WITH OUR 2 WEEKS

Warm Weather Escape

My family went to Florida to escape the colder weather in Canada. My two adult children worked full time from the condo while we there. We still had time for early morning walks along the beach that were absolutely gorgeous and we used the pool, sauna and gym. (We were disappointed that the sauna was not open at night because it was still quite chilly getting out of the heated pool). We also would have liked wifi in the gym. However, the condo looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. There was even a surprise view of the ocean from two of the bedroom windows.

It was the perfect getaway minus the tennis and basketball court being under construction while we were there. We are a very athletic family and were sad they were unusable. However a local resident told us about a park up the street where all of that was offered and we went on up there and had a great time. Very nice apartment, heated pool was phenomenal
