Wow, what an excellent getaway. We had to delay our trip one week because of the weather. The owner was very accommodating. This condo was clean and brightly lit. It has a great ocean view and we could photo the sunset every night. We plan on making this our “go-to” for vacations in the future.

This resort is very nice and has a lot of amenities. This condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. The host is great at communication and quickly answered all of my messages. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Destin.

Check in was easy, kitchen has what you need for cooking , Wi-Fi was good. The condo was clean , the host responded quickly with any questions. Great condo with great views of the ocean. The beach amenities were great , pools were clean and nice as well. The Tiki Bar and grill was also great ! Great all around , will look to return next year !

Nice place and owner bad property

Keep in mind if you have 6 guests per room you cannot have anyone else come to visit. The property themselves are very strict and will not give additional wristbands. You have to sign a contract when you get there that is 2 pages long. We had some out of town guests come to visit since we are from Ohio and were told they could not set foot on property. Not even to walk through to the beach or come up to eat/shower. We were told they could walk up from the public access but it’s nearly impossible to find in this place. We were told it was part of their fire code. They give you wristbands which break or fall off very easily and you are charged $25 for another. You also are told you cannot smoke anywhere on the property but security was vaping by the pool. There is no where to set up your umbrella and chairs only six rows back behind the ones they have set up. We drove down 2 miles to Henderson state park so that we could be together which totally defeats the purpose. You cannot go the right or left either and were told we had to leave that area as well as it is all private property. We were also instructed that we had to remove the towels drying on our balcony which apparently was in that two pages of rules that I signed and is associated to HOA rules. The owner was very nice and the condo itself as well just be aware they are super strict on the property and have TONS of security watching every move you make.
