Big thank you to Matthew and Sarah! Our stay was great! Great place with awesome view of the bay, our son loved all the birds and marine life. Good walk going to the beach and nice beach. Had a amazing experience overall. Really great place to experience Destin as a whole.

I got this property last minute for a family of 5 and was perfect! Very cute and clean. Everything you need was provided for linens, towels, cooking, etc...Short 5 minute walk to beach. 4 separate balconies overlooking the water with a nice view. Matthew and Sara were great to work with! Would highly recommend and stay again!

location is good. easy access to popular night spots and restaurants. nice view from both bedrooms and living room balconies. only thing I would like to see is a keurig coffee maker added for more convenient coffee options.

Great Spot

Excellent property managers! Fast to respond and were available to us for questions. We extended an extra day and the process was fast and easy. Property was very clean, great views and tastefully decorated. Attention to details with all of the amenities available for a vacation rental were a definitive plus. Surrounding area was very nice as well. Would rent this property again and would rent from Matthew and Sarah again. Thank you guys!

Great location , plan to eat out

The first morning… my Daughter arrived at 10 AM on her bday. We had Panera ordered. The toaster ruined my bagels that probably cost less than my bagels and I ended up using my Moka Coffee Brewer instead of the “Keurig want to be coffee maker.” The kitchen items are a joke. If your planning on eating out, this place is very nice to view the water , catch a water taxi, walk to the beach. The balconies were great. It was a mixed bag for me. I had such a great time and it was a cute place, but I’ve stayed in VRBO’s that offered more comforts so that you could really stay and enjoy the place.

Clean, Comfortable, Close

The best way for me to describe is the 3-c's...clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We stayed at the condo so we could do some paddle boarding so the location was perfect for us. We boarded in the harbor right out side the condo. Later in the day it was an easy walk to the beach for a relaxing afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this place. Additionally, the owners were very responsive. They always got right back to me with answers to my questions. I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10!

Great location

We brought our boat with us. But if you want to avoid the traffic. The Destin water taxi can pick you up at the front door almost. The place had everything we needed for a nice weekend.

Great views of the bay

The key code makes it very easy to get in and out. The inside was very clean and the furnishings were all updated. Literally the only thing I can say is that the furniture on the balcony pic is different in person but everything else is 100% accurate. I loved having 4 different balconies and even though it was just two of us the space could have easily accommodated more. Would totally stay there again!

This property was great! The owners were very quick with any questions or concerns. Everything in the area was convenient, or just an Uber drive away. Parking was slim, but it was definitely not a deterrent for staying there. Would rent again!

Amazing location!

If you come across this listing, go ahead and book it immediately. What a great location and view! Beach is a short walk away. We caught fish off the back dock every morning. The hosts were great to work with and we will definitely be renting this place again!
