The kitchen comes complete with new stainless appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinets. Kitchen also provides large preparation area and bar seating. This unit will accommodate maximum of six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the updated living room.

There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room for your viewing pleasure.

Our family of 4 had a great stay this past week! Condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The pool was refreshing but not cold. We were never interrupted by loud people or music. Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was great and views were excellent ! But not so clean. The couch, which is also for 2 to sleep, was dirty, stained. Needs to go ! Our sinks & tubs were clogged with hair and wouldn't drain well.

We loved this property. It was accurately described and comfortable. Perfect for our group of 5. I loved that hangers and laundry baskets were provided. The best part was the heated pool that was actually heated and comfortable, even on cold days. Thank you! We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for our family of five!! The beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was gorgeous! The beach and pool were wonderful and the property is very well kept and secure. We would definitely return to this condo if we go back to Destin again.

Nice clean high floor ocean view two bedroom unit with kings. Plenty of free parking and a nice resort. Called the owner one time, she answered before it started ringing. We'll stay here the next time we visit Destin.

The condo was as advertised. Clean with all the amenities needed for a 7 week stay. Beautiful beach view from 6th floor balcony. Conveniently located to shopping and lots of good restaurants. Definitely would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a great beach vacation.

We enjoyed staying at the property - we had a fantastic view of the ocean. Everything was neat and tidy. My only problem was that there is a central laundry and not one in the room, but the location and the beach made up for that.

Location right on beach and bacony views were wonderful. Nicely updated condo, well equipped kitchen, nice decor and comfortable bedding. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. only slight criticism was couch and chair in living room could use a steam clean. I liked that the entrance was gated so it was very secure. We would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location and the views were perfect. Right on the beach was a super plus. Everything was just down the street. Definitely will be back. Hope to book again for our next vacation. Definitely do recommend. Thanks again for all the great memories!!

So enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning. Very clean and location was wonderful right on the beach. The view from the balcony looked directly down on the pool area and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes too so we didn't have to run the dishwasher every day. The only thing that we might have enjoyed which was not available was access on the tvs to streaming services. We didn't really miss it since none of us are big tv watchers but that would have been nice. Except for that, it was perfect!
