Nautical Beachfront Condo w/ Updates Throughout in The Heart of Destin! 💙🌴🐬

East 1604 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the sixteenth floor, East 1604 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. For your next vacation, say bon voyage to all your worries in nautical themed East 1604!

Beach Service Update: effective for 2024, Silver Beach Towers no longer offers a Complimentary Beach Service set-up however, the same great beach service and set-ups will still be available for purchase, in advance, and in most cases, at a discounted rate. We are working with the Silver Beach Towers Owners’ Association and will provide more details and updates as soon as possible.

East 1604 offers a vibrant, fresh feel with hardwood flooring throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the beachfront balcony outfitted with poly-wood furniture. The dining area offers seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also centrally located in the condo for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bathroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The condo was beautiful and the beach amazing. Our only complaint was that the balcony was not available to use. While work on the buildings was communicated as a possibility, confirmation of inaccessibility was sent a fee days prior. The balcony would have made the stay 10x better!

Beautiful property, breathtaking views, did not want to leave. 5 starts. Very clean, well stocked and spacious. One bummer was the master bedroom was a dead zone for wifi, but other than that, we could not have asked for anything more during our stay.

Stunning Condo

Absolutely loved this place. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the oversized balcony with it’s amazing view of the ocean. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool temperature was perfect, and the beach set-up was a wonderful bonus. Property Management was helpful and kind. We would love to come back for our next trip to Destin.

Great condo!

This is out second time staying at Silver Beach Towers. This unit is amazing! Great layout, large spaces, beach and pool access is great. The only ding is that one of the bed rooms does not have direct access to the on suite, other than that perfect!

This was our first time coming to Destin. We reviewed several condos before booking this one. So glad we chose this one! The condo was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be returning! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly!

Family vacation

This property was even better in person. We were completely comfortable, loved the location, and thought the beach service was excellent. Everything is well maintained and check in and check out was very easy. The condo has a great floor plans and well designed/decorated. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. We would and will probably book again!

Lovely condo

Our family of 5 met my mom and enjoyed a 4 day stay. The condo is as advertised and was so nice to stay in. The only thing I would advise renters of is that the fridge is turned off when cleaned and takes at least a day to cool again.

Great location, clean condo with everything you need.

Stayed here for fall break with my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Plenty of room, nice big doors leading to the balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pools were great, not too crowded and one of them was heated. The elevators were quick and the building overall was clean and the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping and the people at the chair hut were great too. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The very best week!

Our stay in 1604E was perfect!l It was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and had the cutest welcome boxes in the kitchen and each bathroom, filled with essentials. The view from our balcony was stunning - The best place to eat breakfast, read, and watch for dolphins! The location is walking distance to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, ice cream shops, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Walmart, go karts, mini golf, small carnival rides, and just a short Uber to the Harbor Boardwalk. We’ll be back!

Best Destin Stay

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The unit is as best as it can get from any aspect. 100/100. Only negative point was not receiving the beach code on time due to problems with Compass Resorts system and lack of communication about it which resulted in struggle to book a front row setup at the beach. I’d recommend a better system to manage priority for booking the setup. We will be back here for sure.

Great View

the property is great however the condo lacks a lot of easy items that would make the stay more friendly. there is no cooler so if your traveling you will need to stop and get one, No beach towels. We just used the towels for showers, and the strange one there is no shampoo provided so you will have to bring your own. Pretty basic amenity's in the unit for a beach destination in our opinion. besides that is was great.

Destin Condo

The condo where we stayed was nicely updated. The pictures on VRBO are made to make the living area seem larger, but there is plenty of room for four adults. We particularly liked that the two larger bedrooms had walk-in showers. There were almost too many dishes, pans, and serving pieces for the unit. There wasn't much room left for food. Since we were there during the uptick of the COVID epidemic, we decided to eat in more that we would have ordinarily so we needed a little more room to store the food we brought.

Perfect Location

You can’t beat this view! My family and I had a great time during our stay in Destin. This condo had the perfect beach view we were looking for and it did not disappoint. The beach service was great on the days we were able to utilize it, but unfortunately on 2 of the days we had a beach service reserved they took down the chairs and umbrellas extremely early. The information we were given stated it would be available from 9am to 6pm. On these 2 days they removed our setup before 4pm. One of these days we hadn’t even gotten a chance to use our setup so was a waste of money. Other than that we had a great stay.
