NEWLY RENOVATED UNIT JUST HIT THE RENTAL MARKET. LOCATED IN THE BEST PART OF DESTIN...CRYSTAL BEACH. UNIT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR WITH EPIC VIEWS OF THE GULF. THIS NICE CONDO HAS A CHEFS KITCHEN WITH OPEN LIVING AREA AND 75' INCH TV. THE HALLWAY HAS TWIN BUNKS AND THE SOFA SLEEPER IS A QUEEN WITH UPGRADED MATTRESS. THE PRIMARY BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE SOLID WOOD BED WITH A LARGE TV. JACK AND JILL BATHROOM THAT INCLUDES A WASHER AND DRYER AND 2 SINKS. THE COMPLEX HAS AN ELEVATOR AND A LARGE POOL. WALKING DISTANCE TO CAMIELLES CAFE FOR COFFEE, SUSHI, SANDWHICHES AND MUSIC.
