This is located on the first floor. Harbor Landing only allows one (1) vehicle to park on the premises and all other vehicles are required to park in the overflow parking lot located next to the property.

This spacious luxury Destin vacation rental is located in Tower A of Harbor Landing. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the expansive balcony, which features panoramic views of Destin Harbor, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Choctawhatchee Bay. When you aren't enjoying the Destin beaches, you'll love the Harbor Landing amenities, such as the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and nearby beach access. From the bay to the beach, Harbor Landing gives you access to all the nearby water and resort amenities. You won't want to stay anywhere else after vacationing at Harbor Landing 104A!

The spacious, fully furnished balcony provides additional space for your family and friends to stretch out and enjoy the view. The dining area has eight seats and an additional four seats can be found at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the living room, in the kitchen, you'll find gourmet stainless-steel kitchen appliances, a double oven, ample granite countertop space, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to create memorable meals from the serenity of your vacation home!

The master suite is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and sugary white sands. The bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom contains a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a separate twin over twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a spacious vanity. An additional half bathroom is easily accessible from the main living area.

We have been notified that they will be resurfacing and painting the exterior of the Harbor Landing buildings. The project will begin in late October 2023 and continue through Early Summer 2024. + Spacious unit with excellent views and uncrowded beach + Management company was courteous and professional including accommodation for my registered service dog - Very limited parking (one spot) which was made worse by undisclosed major exterior construction which blocked off numerous spots (1 spot for a group of 10 in multiple cars is not acceptable) - Dishwasher was broken and could not be repaired during our stay; however, management provided some disposable dishware

Overall a great experience. The condo is much bigger than it looks in pictures which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, but a lot of the bowls/lids did not have matches. The dishwasher stopped working and Compass sent someone up within a couple hours. He wasn’t able to fix it and I was told someone would contact me to have a technician come out and no one ever contacted me. Other than that, we have no complaints! We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

The photos and description of this condo are wonderful, but taken you get there it is even more perfect! The location is within minutes of everything. Walk to the beautiful emerald beach is not far at all! My mother in law was able to walk down with us without any problems! The house is so clean and SO spacious! We had a total of 9 with 2 of them being kids aged 10 and 7. With plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and hanging out! The balcony with furniture is amazing. Elevator access is easy. The pool is gorgeous! Check in and check out are easy and efficient. Would recommend 100000xs. We already want to look into renting the same condo for next year.

First off, this place was so spacious! The pictures don’t do it justice. The living/great room is HUGE!! Tons of room for our family (party of six: mom, dad and 4 kids..) Also plenty of bathrooms for people to get cleaned up. Probably the perfect amount of space. The decor was very nice and well done, and the view of the harbor was very nice with a ton of patio space. The kitchen was very big with a large island and well equipped. We did not have to buy any kitchen equipment and we cooked 4 meals while we were there for a week. If you have a family of 6 you know how much it cost to feed to have a decent meal, it ain’t cheap. The walk to the beach was pretty easy, down the sidewalk and crossed a two lane street, less than a hundred yards to the gate that takes you right down to the beach. The beach access is pretty good, as soon as you get to the sand there is a big development where you are not allowed to set up, but if you walk 30yards to your right there are private homes and the owners are cool with you setting up your camp. So you don’t have to compete with hundreds of people. We went the second week of July, so we were expecting a loaded beach area but we had no competition for front row access to the water. Nothing beats the emerald green and clean waters of the gulf and the powder white sands. One thing to call out is that this place is up towards the more touristy part of Destin, very close to the main road but lots of traffic. There are benefits, the harbor area has a ton of great restaurants, shopping and. Things for the kids to do in the evening. It is a good 30+min drive to seaside and the more bougier part of Destin. The property and building was very clean and we always bumped in to cleaning personnel. The pool area was very nice and very clean as well. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach, A great time to just chill. One other thing I was worried about was parking, there was plenty of space and always had a spot. One last thing….we hope the owner sees is this: they HAVE to replace the washer and dryer. We washed towels and basic clothes and it took 3-4 cycles to dry one small load. The heating element is completely shot. For what they charge , a $600 dryer would not be a big ask, it is absolutely needed . If you rent from this owner make sure they updated the dryer and washer! We saw this comment in several reviews and stilll had an issue. That said, Overall we would rent again!!

We loved this rental! It was my husband and I with our three kids (ages 9, 9 & 6). The unit was very spacious and clean! The kids stayed in the room with bunk beds and a double bed. The attached bathroom was very nice for them to share! The complex had a big pool that was warm and well lit in the evening. While the beach access is across the street, the walk was easy, even with our beach stuff. The location was near all of the restaurants/shopping/activities. The check in and check out process was really easy. We had a flight delay and got there much later than anticipated, but had no issues. We had a great time here and will definitely stay here again!
