Our beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms and an office that can be used as a 4th), 3 bathrooms, can sleeps 16 guests plus a crib (optional).

Large (15ft x 30ft) Heated Pool!!! and a separate hot tub, Pool and/or Spa heating fee is optional, $50/day for both pool and spa (we can't offer partial stay heating). We can also offer just spa heating for $35/day. Pool/Spa heating fee paid separately after you book.

We're pet friendly! Well behaved pets are welcome with $150 pet fee for the first 2 pets. If you plan to bring more than 2 pets please contact us (additional fee apply).

The beach is literally down the street and The Pompano Public Beach Access is just a short 4 minutes easy walk to the end of our street and one street over.

Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and more, Ready to prepare yummy meals with a large fancy dining area and breakfast bar seating.

75” (oh yes!!) TV in the living room with all the streaming channels you love!

Ready to play? ping pong table and a kids play set at our large private fenced back yard.

The Rooms:

1st bedroom ('The Queens') - sleeps 4 people
- 2 Queen Size Beds
- Private bathroom
- Smart TV

2nd Bedroom ('Family Style') - sleeps 6 people
- Queen size bed.
- Queen over Queen Bunk Bed.
- Bathroom with access both from room & hallway
- Smart TV

3rd Bedroom ('The King')
- King size bed
- Queen over Queen Bunk Bed
- Private bathroom
- Smart TV

4th bedroom ('The Office')
- Full size sleeper sofa
- Desk & Office chair
- Smart TV

All 16 guests can sleep in the 3 bedrooms, the 4th bedroom/office is just for added space and privacy if needed.

All bathrooms have a soaking tub.

For a good night sleep we put luxury memory foam mattresses in all rooms.

Also available a pack and play and a high chair for your tote. We Do Not provide linens or blanket for the Pack n Play Crib.

Smart HD TVs are available in all rooms with all you can watch streaming apps (no cable or local channels).

High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.

Washer and Dryer in house, Laundry detergent provided.

Outside:
Beautiful huge all around deck with chaise lounge and chairs. Relaxing hammock under the trees.

PRIVATE Large yard with a large deck and a pool. Pool depth is 4-4.5 all around.

Gas grill for great cookouts (connected to natural gas). Seating area with a fire pit, ping pong table and a picnic table.

PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.

Other things to note:
No more than 16 people are allowed on the property at any given time.
No Parties or events are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house.
If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.
If no one in your group is 21yr we do not allow alcohol on the property.
