The dining area offers seating for four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin day bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Perfect location and layout!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It’s a perfect location on the beach, didn’t have any issues with waiting at the elevator, check in and check out were easy and seamless. The layout of the condo is great and everyone has their own space without being on top of each other! Toddler friendly condo and huge balcony space! Would stay here again.

Oceanfront Destin😎🌞

The condo was great!! It was absolutely beautiful. Huge balcony overlooking the powder soft sand and blue water of the gulf. The kitchen was supplied with anything you would ever need. I conversed with Chloe at Compass Resorts and she was so friendly, informative and helpful. Wish we could live there!!!

Our adult kids stayed with us and loved it! We enjoyed Scrabble & Monopoly at night. Had to use resorts WIFI - the one listed in paperwork was not available. Cable was not available. We used whoever was signed in on Netflix account. Overall a great place to stay!

Loved the Condo and the entire facility. Definitely book it again. The only concern was that there wasn’t an interior lock on the front door of the condo. Made us nervous how quickly our 3 year old grandson could have escaped with ease.
