IR 305 is a beautifully updated Gulf front 2 BR

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Check out this beautiful, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo at Inlet Reef, room 305.

The large, open kitchen has a plethora of counter space, and all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. When the meal is prepared, you will find no issues in seating arrangements, as this condo seats 6 in the dining room and 4 at the bar.

Directly across from the kitchen is a separate bar with its own sink, which makes the perfect location to prepare your favorite beach cocktail. The Living Room has balcony access, a big screen HDTV, a DVD player, and a couch with a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

The Master Bedroom has a large King bed, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a makeup area, two separate vanities with sinks, and a large walk-in tiled shower.

The Guest Bedroom has two Extra Long Twin beds and a wall mounted HDTV. This condo sleeps six guests in comfort and ease. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

Without a doubt, the most amazing part of this property is the balcony and its views. Hexagonal in shape, this balcony has an outside dining table, a wet bar, and an unobstructed 180 degree view of Destin’s Beach and the perfect Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Other amenities included wireless high speed WiFi internet access and a full size washer and dryer. This property never stays available for any amount of time, so book now to ensure your next Destin vacation is a perfect relaxing getaway.
