Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Cool colors, attractive wall art and decor, and lots of natural light combine to give this home a happy and welcoming atmosphere. The private balcony is the perfect way to wake up to a new day, and you'll even have a coffee maker for that first cup of joe! The suite's bathroom features a large tub for that late-evening soak, and you'll have access to a shared pool, seasonal snack shack, shared grill, and lots of other terrific amenities!

WHAT’S NEARBY
With the white-sand beaches just a short walk away, you'll have all the sun and sand you can stand during your vacation. Be sure to check out all the fantastic nearby restaurants like Jasmine Thai (curbside pickup, no-contact delivery), The Back Porch (dine-in, takeout), and Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano (dine-in, takeout). Take a short walk to Henderson Beach State Park, one mile east, to enjoy the grill areas and public beaches.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Free WiFi, Kitchenette (with mini-fridge & microwave), Shared pool, Shared fitness centers, snowbird-friendly.
Both Sterling Shores 219A and Sterling Shores 219B can be rented separately/together.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
