Located in the pool house, you'll find a kitchenette, pool table, and a children's loft accessible by an attic-style door. Primary accommodations are in the main house where you'll also find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for six. And outside, there's a sparkling, private pool between the main house and the pool house with a covered, furnished patio and grilling area.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. The location and the bedrooms were great. Only complaint was the lack or communication, not accommodating at all with checking in early, and the bottom of the pool could have been cleaned.

The pool was HUGE conpared to other, more expensive places we've stayed. This home far exceeded my expectations bc the listing doesn't capture how beautiful it really is! The pool house was and added bonus, 2 extra beds, pool table, bathroom, half kitchen... opening up the 4 doors/sliding glass door, and watching tv from inside the pool was next level! The lighting is awesome, and abundant! The is a light in the pool, which was also an added bonus. There's 3 shower heads in the master, including a European one. It's "small" things like that, that make it special! We will definitely book again!! We absolutely loved it! My brother (who lives in Santa Rosa) came over for my daughter's bday, and he said this property was one of the best, especially for the price, that he's seen! He intends to book it as well for incoming company. There are also MANY stores and shops VERY close by. We didnt have to travel far to get anything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Beautiful, FULLY stocked kitchen! Pots, pans, silverware, huge refrigerator and freezer, gorgeous decor and lighting!
Nice size leather couch and 2 swivel chairs to accommodate everyone for family movie night!

Fantastic location. Walk to the beach and some restaurants and shops. Great pool area. Pool house was great. Outdoor dining table and grill were a plus. Super spacious rooms and living space. Balconies from every room. Kitchen had lots of nice appliances and everything you needed for cooking big family meals. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, big and spacious. It was very family oriented. The kids loved the pool and beach access is very short walk away. Besides some minor issues with the lights in the guest bedroom upstairs not working properly, everything was great. Would definitely come back and rent this house again.

Great vacation

This place was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we disliked was early check in was not an option. We were told we would be communicated with starting at noon and given an hourly update on checkin which we never received.

Overall the pool and the location were great. However if your hoping to check in early or check out late, they will not allow it. Your basically texting an automated system. House needs sprayed for bugs. Especially pool house. We could not use the pull out sofa bc of how gross It was. If they get it all cleaned up, it's a great house and location.

Quiet neighborhood, short walking distance from beautiful beach, wonderful pool on premise. Everything you need at this house. Our teens enjoyed their own space in the pool house with AC, TV, pool table, 2 twin beds in the loft.

Family Vacation

Overall this place has it all. Beautiful home with all of the amenities. Having your own pool was 100% worth it. We rented a golf cart so accessing the beach was a breeze! A few issues however owner took care of some right away! The downstairs toilet had a crack, was repaired with a new seat right away. The pool house was covered with ants (flying ants) and the pest control came out next day as well. However, bugs were an issue. We constantly found bugs in and around the house. It’s hot and it’s summer, so bugs are common but should of been treated regularly. The downstairs bed isn’t super great but upstairs beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen faucet is the most annoying faucet you can own.. it automatically turns off and is a “smart” tap faucet. Other than the issues this was truly a great place to stay, the pool house is a GREAT part of this house. Location is prime.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things I need to mention. On our stay, the game room had what I think were terminates in the up stairs bed area. They also had a rat and some mice that ran in the evening around the porch by the main house. Around the Barbecue area. Hopefully they can take care of this.

Cute place

Really cute place for a bachelorette get together. The way the beds were listed was confusing but once we got there it was fine. It stated it slept 10 yet only showed the rooms in the house. It would've been nice to know that the other 3 beds were in the pool house because we ended up having to seclude 1 person in our party. Had to call property people as soon as we checked in because of the code to get in the pool House but they came right over and fixed our Problem and we're wonderful!!!

Great Stay

The pool, covered back porch/ grill, and pool house was a plus for this property. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I really liked the fact that we only needed to start the dishwasher for exit instructions!

Great place! home was perfect for a family with a little one.

Very nice. We did have a few items that could have been better. We had dirty pans left in kitchen. The TV in the pool house did not work. The owner may want to have the couch and chairs in the living room professionally cleaned, they have several stains on them. My family would come back again. Thank you.

September Family Vacation

Property was great. Had issues with microwave. Maintenance brought out a loaner which was obviously from the employee break room because it was filthy gross. Maintenance couldn’t figure out how to heat the pool. But the place was great and comfortable.

Wedding and Vacation trip

Beautiful home, very comfortable and very close to everything. We were in town for a friends wedding and stayed a week for vacation. We very much enjoyed the private pool with the rear deck area. The pool house is an added bonus if you have kids along with you, this would be perfect for them. We brought along some "bag" chairs to sit out on the upper decks which made it nicer to enjoy the outdoors. Two comments and the first applies to almost every rental we have ever stayed at...if you cook at the house, bring the items that make you comfortable, ie: nice skillets, cookie sheet, spatulas, etc. The other is a comfort feature and that would be curtains in the master bedroom that could be pulled to block out the sun at 6:30 a.m. Since we were always up late enjoying the town or late night swimming in the pool, it would be nice to sleep in late but the room is bright as day when the sun comes up even with the blinds that are in place ( the other rooms all have curtains ). Anything else you may need can be purchased very locally. The house is a short walk to the beach, we also rented a golf cart which was nice to have. We would definitely stay at this home again.
