Gorgeous 3 bed 2 bath condo with pool near beach

  • Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 full bath brand new 2022 remodeled condo with luxury vinyl plank throughout, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances and high ceilings. Private balcony, free Wi-Fi, free parking, 5 minutes away from the public beach. 65 inch LG 4K SmartTV in LR, 4K TVs in every bedroom, workspace desk, in unit new Samsung washer and dryer, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, entertainment etc.
    Guest access:
    Closest public beach 5 minutes away by car. 15 minutes or so walking. Crab Island is 10 minutes away. Restaurants and point of interest are close by.
    Other things to note:
    The condo is top floor, no elevators in the building, 0.7 miles away from the closest public beach, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking, 10 minutes from Crab Island.
    I cannot guarantee that the closest public beach mentioned here is the best or not crowded or big enough, I can only point its location with accuracy as shown on the Google Maps. If you choose a different beach that should be your choice and you're more than welcome to do so. Henderson Beach, Crystal Beach are wonderful choices in Destin, fairly close.
