DP 105B Stunning 2 bed w/washer & dryer

  • Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time.

    *Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. * Absolutely no trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is allowed. Golf carts are also not allowed per the HOA.

This two-bedroom retreat is just steps from the water taxi stop with service throughout Destin Harbor and offers an ideal vantage point for fireworks viewing at Harborwalk Village. Guests will also enjoy access to a host of on-site amenities, including a sundeck, private beach access, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool.

    Bright and modern, this updated condo comes fully equipped for family-friendly comfort. The full kitchen features all-new counters, backsplash, and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and wine fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishware you will need so you don't have to worry about forgetting anything at home.
    There's seating for two at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate six. Enjoy breezy afternoon cocktails on the patio or kick back in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV.

    The guest bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The guest bathroom features a spacious vanity and combination tub/shower. The master bedrooms offers a King sized bed and the attached bath features a combination tub/shower.

    This unit can comfortably sleep 6 due to the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Loved the location, the walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, beautiful private. The pool was very clean and spacious. The views from the Dolphin point are gorgeous and it’s the reason we chose this stay so we were pretty bummed out to find out there was construction taking place and we couldn’t use the patio or some of the paths towards the pool and tennis courts a heads up would’ve been nice. The master room had a very comfortable bed but the mattress in the second bedroom would sink in. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would love to come back in a different season .
