This is the second year we have spent a week in this condo. The condo itself is awesome! The resort, pools and area is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Looking forward to our next trip back to this condo. Also, the communication with the property owner is great!

The condo was located directly on the beach and had absolutely amazing views. It was located near many shops and restaurants The place was nicely decorated and was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communicated everything we needed. Check in was fast and easy. Would definitely highly recommend !!

This condo was beautiful and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our host was unbelievable. She checked in on us multiple times to see if there was anything that we needed and asked us for suggestions for any kitchen gadgets that we use that weren’t there so she could buy them for the next time. I will definitely use this condo again when in Destin.

The resort has more rules than a prison. The resort private beach is so small the rented chairs and umbrellas take up 95% of the area.

Great condo and owner

This was our 1st trip to Destin and we had a great time. Our condo was very clean and in a pretty good location. Only cons i can bring up has nothing to do with our room i didnt like the chair setup on the beach at pelican resort bo much room and they only allow you to setup personal chairs up behind rental chairs unlike all other condos ive stayed in and the 2nd was the young security officers working the guard shack when you pull in they alwere very rude and unprofessional but maybe that comes with age.The owner of the condo we rented was amazing very quick to answer questions and checked on us several times during our stay.
