Fun in the Sun!!

Wonderful location, right on the beach and has a private pool. Weather was beautiful!!! Sand is white, the gulf is bright blue and being right on the beach is amazing!! Chris was a very good communicator and was very helpful and responsive almost immediately to any concerns we had. We will definitely be staying see again!

Great beach trip

Beach vacation

It was awesome the condo was clean and updated Bedrooms were on opposite end of condo so privacy was good and if someone wanted to watch tv it didn’t disturb the other The beach view was amazing and the malls were close by anything you wanted was within a few blocks we had an amazing stay

Fabulous stay in the heart of Destin!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the property. It was spacious, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and perfectly located condo in the heart of Destin. Security was top notch....beach access, pool, hot tub and parking were all more than adequate! We will visit again and stay in this unit!!!

Beautiful very clean great veiw

My family stayed here for 4 days. Condo was very clean. Master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Condo is in perfect spot of building. You can over look the pool ocean hot tub. Way condo is setup you view ocean from every room accept second bedroom. Private beach was really nice. This being a smaller building less people on beach so it’s not crowded. Paradise.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing! Every morning we had coffee on the balcony and enjoyed dolphins swimming, white sugary sand and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The condo was very clean, and comfortable. The building was quite, we just pulled in to designated parking and took the elevator entered key code very simple. Loved the ice maker and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook up some delicious meals. Will definitely stay here next visit to Destin!

High grade rental in every respect. Very clean throughout. Great ocean views. Door to balcony newer, heavy construction and sound proof. Furnishings updated and patio table and chairs first rate. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Granite surfaces. Kitchen furnished with high grade utensils and numerous dishes and cookware. Nice additional ice maker. Close to several quality dining and golf options. We would certainly stay in this unit again if in the area.

Destin Tower

We stayed in this unit over a long weekend. It was perfect for our needs. I was hesitant at first after reading reviews related to the smell in master bedroom. I want to say they were wrong, but in all honesty I could also smell it. With that said, this was probably one of the cleanest units I have stayed in and am guessing the smell comes from an external source somewhere. The owners do a great job! The property itself is starting to show its age a bit and the hallways smelled, but this unit was updated and very clean! Would stay here again especially for the price!

Great view, perfect location

Overall we had a great experience and really like this condo. The balcony had table and chairs perfect for enjoying the ocean view. Condo was clean on arrival and was as described. The master bedroom and bath is beautiful and spacious. The second bedroom and bath were small and not as nice (no ceiling fan and tiny bedside table, no overhead lights). The Icemaker was awesome to have- wish every condo had this feature. If you plan to cook in a lot would recommend bringing skillets/ pans. Only one small skillet made it hard to cook for a big group. Overall would recommend this condo and stay here again in the future.

Terrible smell

This condo is beautiful and I hate to leave a bad review, but there is an overwhelming terrible odor in the master bedroom that doesn't go away. It smells like terrible B.O. We stayed for six nights and the smell never went away. We strongly suspect there is a mold problem in the walls. My husband ended up sleeping in the spare bedroom because his asthma flared up when he tried to sleep in the room. This needs to be addressed by the owner. I went back far enough in the reviews to August 2022 and someone mentioned it back that far, so the owner is surely aware of the problem. I couldn't unpack my clothes because I didn't want them to smell and ended up keeping everything in my suitcase in the dining room. Tbf we were offered our money back to relocate when we brought up the problem to the owner but at that late date couldn't find anything nice enough, we wanted to be on the water and have a hot tub. I only write this review because I wish I had known this so I could have booked elsewhere.

Want to Stay Here Every Time

It was perfect! Had a little issue with water leak from the ice maker drain into the unit below but maintenance was very nice. It was clean and exactly what owner promised.

As oceanfront as you're ever gonna get

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The condo is on the 4th floor of Destin Towers located on the beach and near shopping and dining. The condo was updated, clean throughout and well stocked. The balcony had full view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, making it a great place to relax with a beverage. We've stayed at many oceanfront condos before and while we loved the view, it always took a while for us to get used to the sound of the ocean before we could fall asleep at night. This apartment is the first one to have thick sliding glass doors to the balcony which provided safety and a great sound barrier from the ocean and the weather as we had some serious wind and rain during our stay. Also the apartment was overall very clean and updated. We also liked that the second bedroom and bath were on the opposite side of the master bedroom making it comfortable and private for us and our kids. Loved the covered parking with easy access to the building. Access to parking, the building and the beach were by keypad which felt v safe.

Destin Spring 2025

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! We came as a family of four including two of our sons with an age range of 27-15. The accommodations were perfect! The pool and hot tub were so close and clean. The walk to the beach could not be closer! The sand was so white and the water was so clear! The balcony was so nice to enjoy games, coffee, sunsets! The view is incredible with the best sounds of crashing waves! Beds were so comfortable and everything was spotless! We’re ready to book again ASAP!

Location Perfection

Perfectly clean. Great location. Busy traffic due to spring break. Loads of fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream parlors within a couple of miles. The most gorgeous beaches in the US. Condo staff was so kind. Beach rental staff was so kind. We will be back over and over again.

Hot tub and beach

This unit had an excellent view of the ocean, beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, too chilly for the pool. Miles and miles of beach to walk.
