This 2BR/2BA condo was recently updated and has everything you need! Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout🍔🔥🌭 and a tennis court🎾 (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. It's also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

Great place for a family vacation.

The view is incredible. The beach access was easy and the pool on the way back to the room is a really nice way to relax from kids running all around the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and some were within walking distance. If you’re familiar with current Destin, you realize the importance of having access to places within walking distance. Great place that we will definitely be staying at in the future.

Destin Spring 2025

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! We came as a family of four including two of our sons with an age range of 27-15. The accommodations were perfect! The pool and hot tub were so close and clean. The walk to the beach could not be closer! The sand was so white and the water was so clear! The balcony was so nice to enjoy games, coffee, sunsets! The view is incredible with the best sounds of crashing waves! Beds were so comfortable and everything was spotless! We’re ready to book again ASAP!

Beautiful very clean great veiw

My family stayed here for 4 days. Condo was very clean. Master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Condo is in perfect spot of building. You can over look the pool ocean hot tub. Way condo is setup you view ocean from every room accept second bedroom. Private beach was really nice. This being a smaller building less people on beach so it’s not crowded. Paradise.

High grade rental in every respect. Very clean throughout. Great ocean views. Door to balcony newer, heavy construction and sound proof. Furnishings updated and patio table and chairs first rate. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Granite surfaces. Kitchen furnished with high grade utensils and numerous dishes and cookware. Nice additional ice maker. Close to several quality dining and golf options. We would certainly stay in this unit again if in the area.

This was my second time this year staying in Destin Towers in one of Chris’s rentals. Both times have been wonderful & consistent with each other! Upon check in the condo was very clean and smelled great! Everything we needed was right there. It was December, although the weather was chilly the balcony view never disappoints! I love a good sunset and this rental has the most perfect sunset every night. The kids loved the heated pool. Parking was easy, building entrances were easy as well. Will always rent from Chris!

Indulge in a luxurious getaway at this updated and beautiful property in Destin! As a corner unit, you'll enjoy both pool and ocean views from the windows. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large air mattress at the property. Despite my recent hip injury, the proximity to the beach and elevators made it easy for me to enjoy the pool, sand, and sea with my children. When I had WiFi issues with my baby monitor, Chris promptly resolved the problem. Don't miss out on this incredible property - we're making it our annual tradition!

Such an amazing trip with a big surprise to kick it off! The condo was perfect and the location is great! We loved the beach access, pool and hot tub. Its probably a lot to ask of a condo to have chairs and beach supplies for their guests never knowing how theyll be taken care of. The chair/umbrella rentals on the beach add up really quick. We were kind of surprised to find no common kitchen essentials in the condo. Salt, pepper, foil, etc. But other than that it had everything we couldve needed! We will most definitely be back!
