Beach Bungalow - At the beach on Holiday Isle!!

Summary:
Beach Bungalow is a freshly renovated townhouse with a modern style. The open concept enables you to stay engaged with your family while preparing a nice meal. If cooking in the kitchen isn’t your thing, head out to the big deck to grill while enjoying the summer breeze. Need a little space to get away from all the fun? Sneak upstairs to either of the big bedrooms with king sized beds to take a nap or read a book and relax. The beach is just steps away as well!

The Space:
This townhouse has plenty of room for everyone down stairs with seating for the whole family and a kitchen with tons of counter space to prepare meals or put out a nice size spread for dinner. While getting things ready, the rest of the family can hang out in the living area and watch the game on the big TV. Or if you need to spread out a little, just head out to the deck and relax while enjoying the summer breeze. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a serene atmosphere with space to spread out. It features a king size bed and a seating area for those times when you need to get away and recharge - just grab a book or enjoy your favorite show on TV! The second bedroom features a king size bed as well, along with its own full bathroom. Just open up the door to access the second story balcony for another great place to relax. It also features a nice sized closet to keep your things organized. This stylish home is the perfect place for a couple retreat. There’s no doubt you’ll love this little bungalow!

Guest Access:
The keyless entry lock makes it easy for you to come and go. The lock has an app to lock/unlock the phone via bluetooth. You will be provided with an eKey and a personalized code so you don't have to worry about having your phone. In addition, you will have access to everything in the house to include laundry and beach equipment.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Please be respectful as there are many full time residents, but don’t hesitate to say hi! It is a privately owned street so traffic is minimal and it has easy access to the beach so that you can enjoy the sugary white sands and blue water. The sunsets are breathtaking, and some evenings you can enjoy an aerial show from local P-51 Mustangs and other small planes. On Thursdays you can go to the dune at the end of the street or walk just a little bit further out to the beach to watch the fireworks at 9 pm sharp.

Getting Around:
Uber’s and Lyfts are plentiful in Destin or you can walk to Norriego Pointe and catch the water taxi over to the boardwalk and local restaurants.

Departure Procedures

Dear Guests,

As you depart, there are a few departure procedures with which we ask your assistance and appreciate very much for helping with. During peak seasons, departure time is 10 am sharp unless other arrangements have been made with the rental manager.

These small things will help ensure that there is a smooth transition between guests and will hopefully be reciprocated for you in the future if you choose to stay again.

Please…
**Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided for departure procedures**

-Wash/ Dry all used towels and dry. Cleaning crew will fold and put away. Please ensure sand has been shaken off any items before placing in washer.

-Load/Start the dishwasher. Cleaning crew will unload it.

-Remove all items from the refrigerator/freezer.

-Take all trash out to the trash can marked 17 located out front.

-Clean used pots/ pans/ skillet (Do not put in dishwasher).

-Sweep up any excessive sand.

-Your code will expire at 10 am the day you check out. Cleaning crew will arrive shortly behind you.

-Check all drawers (under the bed) and closet for personal items.

Great condo!

Home was very inviting and clean. All necessities were provided. Very convenient to town and restaurants. Will def be back.
