44- Gorgeous BEACH FRONT Condo with Loft in Crystal Beach. Coral Reef Club

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-8*) in trendy Crystal Beach area. This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin with in walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. The Coral Reef Club is a quaint three story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. The 1 bedroom unit with a loft is 1180 sq. ft. has just been newly renovated and with a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed and there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway. The upstairs loft features one king size bed and a trundle bed in a separate bedroom. The unit has updated furnishings, 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

A great place to have vacation

Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about this place - This was the perfect vacation spot - low rise only 3 stories - neighbors Henderson Park, so very quiet and not alot of traffic (beach or street) - Condo was exactly as described - very well equipped Kitchen. Close to everyting and easy to get to. On site office which is open 7 days a week and great beach staff. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay again.

Highly recommend it IF you stay in a recently updated room (some are in dire need of an update - suggest you call before you book since there is no refund). Unit #44 is very nice. The Coral Reef beach access and balcony views are VERY hard to beat. The beach is never crowded due to its location.

Construction Zone

Arrived at the Condo Facility, and to my surprise, it WAS a construction site. This was not disclosed to me. ON SPRING BREAK WEEK. What a great decision for the management team to make. Limited parking, Fencing, Port a Toilets and having to walk under tarps to get to the parking lot. Stucco and Paint and Plastic sheeting over all windows etc. I understand this has to happen to maintain the facility BUT TO SCHEDULE IT AND NOT DISCLOSE IT DURING SPRING BREAK WEEK!!?? I felt we should have been charged OFF-SEASON rates being that we had a substandard visit. But the management was only interested in charging full standard rates for a substandard Vacation visit and would not return my call. Vacationers that will be there next month will get the clean and clear unobstructed vacation for their fair rate. WE DID NOT. Destin Realty and Coral Reef Condo HOA, you should have done the right thing. We were offered nothing.

Last minute trip October 2022

My daughter and myself went for a last minute trip to the beach. We loved the condo. Condo was clean and well decorated, beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. It was perfect for us. The loft gave us space apart at the end of the day for privacy. The view was amazing of the emerald water. The chairs and umbrella were an awesome surprise that we didn't realize we would love. Very nice to have that everyday, already set up and ready to be relaxed in. We had never been to Destin but we will definitely be going back. The only thing I think anyone visiting Destin should know is all restaurants & stores close at 8 or 9. We are late eaters due to our jobs. But we quickly adjusted it was just a shock to us. Loved our stay ❤️
