I was not pleased with the housekeeping as well as the roaches in the property. There wasnt any trash bags. I had to go buy my own. In addition to that I had to go buy towels. The master bedroom doesn’t have a television which is odd.

Very Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we initially checked in around 4pm, we were told the wasn’t ready, we had to wait 45 minutes for our room key. We had paid in advance. However, others came immediately after us and was given a key immediately. I felt it was because were black. The explanation we were given for the delay was very odd. We stayed there multiple times before. However, we did not have internet for an entire day. I ask the front desk and they indicated that internet isn’t promised. I had to contact the property manager to get this resolved. The maintenance guys were wonderful in installing a new router.
