Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this Destin Seafarer second floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath, washer and dryer in the condo, queen sleeper sofa, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. The living/dining room offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico and even your own wet bar! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

It was nice and modern. Only thing I would change is I wish it had a Keurig instead of a big coffee pot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: November is a perfect time to enjoy the Ocean. Ave temps from 60 to 75 deg. The Seafarer location is perfect. Only 75ft to the white sands beach. We walked it many times and even walked to the Back Porch restaurant from there. Very close with awesome food. Our view was most awesome. Spent a lot of time enjoying the ocean view from our balcony. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The management was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will do it again.

Can walk to restaurants, go karts,mini golf. Staff in the office were great. Would definitely stay here again. Only downsides if I had to complain about something : bedroom on street side and not much sound dampening, definitely some noises heard at night. Outside of the building not as nice as the inside. Definitely needs some maintenance work.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was great. You can comfortably fit 6 people (maybe more). We had an awesome stay. Please remember not to overload the washer and make sure that you close the sliding doors when you open the entry door. You should never have them open at the same time. We will definitely be going back.

Home away from home!

We have been coming to Destin for over 25 years and watched it change and grow. We have seen some beautiful units and some “not so beautiful” units over the years. I was a little concerned because this is an older property. But the reviews were great so we took a chance. And thank goodness!! This unit was fabulous!! Updated and perfectly clean. All the way to the baseboards! It matters. And we are so grateful! The location is amazing for easy walks to The Back Porch for dinners and to The Track for go carts every afternoon after a day at the beach. The office staff and John at the beach were amazing!! And oh- The Seafarer is not a huge complex so it’s truly a slice of private heaven on the beach because it’s not overrun with people. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for opening your home to us!!! We will be back!! Xoxo

Warm Weather Getaway

Condo exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We loved the smaller complex with private beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beach was beautiful and and only steps away. Loved having our own beach chairs and an umbrella. Booking process was easy and the onsite staff were amazing to work with. Unfortunately, we and had to cut our trip short due to a death in the family but hope to rebook someday. We highly recommend this condo.
