July 06/26: The hotel is very dated! room, bed, bathroom not clean. I used 2 packs of disinfecting wipes to clean at least the most used service. parking was not always available. On the plus site, I didn't have to pay for parking. I won't use this hotel again. Very loud as across are several restaurant's how apparently not close at all. It goes on until after 4 in the morning. No one was at the reception until later in the afternoon.The area was very loud, unsafe and dirty too.The other hotel I usually book had no vacancy at this time during a city function/event.

Wir waren schon öfter in Dormero Hotels. Dieses Dormero benötigt so langsam eine Renovierung der Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren wie immer sehr nett.

Also das Hotel verfügt weder über eine Klimaanlage, noch über Ventilatoren. Das Zimmer heizt sich sehr stark auf. Das Frühstück hat stark nachgelassen. Von vier Mal war nur einmal noch Rührei da. Generell wurde gefühlt gar nicht aufgefüllt. Ich bin echt enttäuscht. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich & positiv ist die kostenlose Minibar.

Domero, Hotel Dessau, Zimmer 420, 29-30. Mai 1) Lärm bis nachts um 3:00 Uhr 2) in der Dusche geht nur heißes Wasser, kaltes Wasser kommt nur in die Badewanne - kein Duschen möglich ( haben wir dem Zimmermädchen gezeigt) 3) Zimmertüre geht nur mit Gewalt zu (nur informell - durch Zimmermädchen bestätigt) 4) Frühstück Katastrophe: Riesenschlange am Kaffeeautomat, teilweise kein Besteck, keine Schüsseln für Müsli für 20 min, nach einer halben Stunde: keine Säfte, keine Brötchen, kein Nutella Haben Parkuhr verlängern müssen, damit wir überhaupt irgendetwas zu Essen bekommen haben. 5) Kein Mensch an der Rezeption erreichbar beim CheckOut (dort haben circa acht Personen gewartet) für unsere Beschwerde 6) auch nach 2 Wochen keinerlei Reaktion des Hotels!!!! Wir waren schon zweimal im Dormero in Kelheim, und es war jeweils wunderbar, daher hatten wir uns für das DORMERO in Dessau entschieden.

Zimmer sind groß genug. Beim Frühstück gibt es jedoch nur eine Kaffeemaschine, wodurch es regelmäßig zu Stau kommt. Das Frühstück an sich war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes, dafür ist der Preis aus meiner Sicht zu hoch. Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles okay, aber jetzt kommt der entscheidende Punkt: Ich warte immer noch auf meine Rechnung. Es hieß zunächst, dass diese per E-Mail kommt. Nach einem Telefonat wurde mir zugesichert, sie erneut zuzusenden. Auch auf meine weitere Nachfrage per E-Mail habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Telefonisch ist inzwischen ebenfalls niemand mehr erreichbar. Das ist nicht akzeptabel und schlichtweg katastrophal.
