This 100 year-old building was recently gutted and entirely remodeled. All fixtures and appliances are brand new in this luxury second story apartment. To stay here requires the ability to climb stairs. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, work station, and walk-in closet. A den has a leather sofa and a queen airbed, and the large open, living space has a queen pull-out sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a brand-new washer and dryer! Treat yourself and family/friends!

About your hosts: In addition to hosting four short-term rentals, Priscilla is a retired university professor (BGSU), who remains active in scholarly work and sells china and glass on eBay. Byron is a retired high school teacher (both public and private) and he spent many years helping run his family’s masonry business in Fort Wayne. Priscilla enjoys art and interior design, while Byron loves outdoor work and home projects. We’ll be celebrating two years of marriage in August 2026, and together we have a big, lively family: 12 adult children (8 married) and 8 grandchildren, with 1 more on the way!
