    Visit of the VERGER offered as well as a Creole snack,. The domain gathers most of the fruit trees of Guadeloupe. A visit of one hour and 30 minutes telling the origin, the scents and the medicinal virtues of these plants, will delight you. You will leave enriched. The green of nature aims in particular to revive us including the silence that surrounds it. So, do not hesitate to be one of us.

Quiet, nice view, and close to town

Gitane was a wonderful host and met us in town to help guide us to the apartment when we arrived after dark. The apartment had everything we needed for a vacation that was mostly spent out of the apartment except when we were sleeping. It was quiet, clean, had a great quality AC unit, a nice refrigerator, a comfortable bed to sleep on, and was close to town when traveling by car. The beautiful views of the ocean and coast in the morning were a great way to start each morning.

Vous avez mis l image qui correspond pas au studios. Très éloigné pour une Femme seule.tout est à l auyre bout de la ville. Ne faite pas de bub j ai quitter le studios le jeudi le jeudi 16 fevrier.c est très chère très déçue. De votre locations Svp envoyer mon devis . MERCI.

Situation idyllique

Le logement est un peu spartiate mais on oublie complètement avec la situation et la vue du logement et surtout l'extrême gentillesse de Gitane, ce fut une belle rencontre.

Immer wieder gerne

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen, die Seele baumeln lassen und den Alltag vergessen. Es ist eine sehr gemütliche, Wohnung und entspricht dem karibischen Flair. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung am Berg liegt, ist es nicht so heiß wie am Strand. Hier weht mal ein leiser Wind der einen aufatmen lässt - die vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt. Sogar während der Hauptreisezeit, wo Guadeloupe sehr besucht ist, ist es ein Ort der Ruhe. Es sind alle Gegenstände vorhanden, die man zum wohnen und kochen braucht. Auch das Bett hat eine sehr bequeme Matratze. Gitane ist eine wundervolle, offene Frau, die man einfach gerne haben muss. Sie holte uns bei der Ankunft in Deshaies ab und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Ich denke, wenn ich auf Guadeloupe wohnen würde, wäre sie mir eine liebe Freundin. Beim nächsten Besuch auf Guadeloupe werden wir sehr gerne wieder bei ihr wohnen.

Le studio est situé au milieu d'une nature luxuriante sur les hauteurs de Deshaies avec vue sur mer magnifique, d'un calme absolu que seuls les oiseaux viennent troubler, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette quiétude. MAISON DESHAIES

La maison est située dans un endroit magnifique avec vue sur mer. De plus, il y règne un calme absolu qu'aucun bruit de voiture ne vient polluer. Juste une communion avec la nature donc l'idéal pour se ressourcer. Les prestations offrent tout le confort nécessaire pour 2 personnes. Gitane est une très gentille personne qui nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné des conseils pour nos visites et a toujours été présente si besoin. Je recommande ce gîte à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme tout en étant proches de la mer et de Deshaies qui n'est qu'à 10 minutes en voiture.

Finger weg!! Alles veraltet, Kein Schloss und nur ärgerlich!

Meine Frau und haben die Unterkunft für einen Monat gebucht. Der Meerblick ist das einzig positive! Die Eigentümerin war selbst zu geizig, Müllbeutel zu stellen. Das meiste, dass man anfasst zerbröselt in der Hand, im Bad kann man nicht mehr Platz als für nen Zahnputzbecher und ständig ist das Waschbecken unerklärlicherweise verstopft und man kann für 10€ Rohrmittel kaufen. Macht man zwei Herdplatten an und den Ofen, hauts die Sicherung raus. Die Klimaanlage ist halb Schrott und Ameisen kriechen aus allen erdenklichen Löchern und gehen an die Lebensmittel. Man bekommt für gleiches Geld sehr viel besseres. Die Kaution wurde anschließend natürlich auch einbehalten und irgendwelche angeblichen Rechnungen zusammengestellt. Einfach Finger weg und weiter suchen!! Ist besser..

Deshaies la coque pour des vacances proche de la nature

La maison de Francis et Livia est un petit paradis , vous y trouverez tout le confort pour un séjour de qualité. Idéalement situé en pleins cœur de la montagne avec vue sur mer un vrai must pour le calme et le sérénité. La nature omniprésente vous enchantera par sa beauté. Vous pouvez louer cette villa les yeux fermés.

Simple, calme et tranquille

Tout d'abord il faut noter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Gitane que nous remercions : une belle personne qui n'est pas avare de partage lors de la visite de son jardin. Également son écoute puisque nous avons pu librement discuter avec elle des points positifs et des points à améliorer dans son gite. Pour ce qui concerne le gite, celui ci est simple et fonctionnel : un studio avec un cabinet de toilette (lavabo, douche et WC) et une terrasse extérieure d'une surface équivalente comprenant la cuisine les points positifs : - la situation au calme, la vue sur Ferry, la proximité de Deshaie et Ste Rose - la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée - la présence d'une climatisation - la cuisine sur la terrasse Les points pouvant être améliorés : - la mise en place d'une moustiquaire au dessus du lit - un petit réaménagement intérieur du mobilier C'est un endroit où nous aimerions retourner.

Très bon accueil mais...

Excellent accueil d'une très gentille personne, vue magnifique, mais : - Aucune coquetterie dans la déco, studio petit, sans cachet. Frigo et clim à 30 cm du lit et bruyants, - linge de maison veut dire : 1 drap housse, 1 jeté de lit, 2 taies d'oreiller et 1 torchon. Pas de serviette de toilette. La propriétaire des lieux m'a affirmé que c'était écrit mais je n'ai pas trouvé où. - la vaisselle de table : quelques assiettes, 2 couteaux, 2 fourchettes, 2 petites cuillères, 2 mugs, 3 verres, on ne peut même pas inviter des amis à l'apéro. - Accès difficile depuis la route difficile et dangereux. - Le 1er soir, nous avons eu des difficultés avec la climatisation qui ne faisait pas de froid. Par téléphone la propriétaire : "il faut titiller les boutons, c'est sans doute l'ancien locataire qui l'a déréglé." Effectivement après avoir effectué les mêmes manips plusieurs fois, l'air froid a fini par arriver. - Le 2ème matin, plus d'eau chaude. La propriétaire toujours par téléphone nous a expliqué qu'il avait plu la veille et donc le chauffe eau solaire n'avait pas pu fonctionner et qu'il faillait donc être patient. Devant une telle désinvolture nous avons préférer quitter les lieux sans rien dire et terminer nos vacances ailleurs. Nous n'avons même pas demandé le remboursement de notre séjour.

très bel endroit bien situé au nord de Basse-Terre et très tranquille. Gitane est très accueillante, serviable et nous a fait visiter son jardin rempli de plantes médicinales. Adresse à recommander.
