Beautiful Creole house 150 m2 for maximum 6 people in a large garden.
Ideally located on the heights of Caféière, offering peace and relaxation while enjoying nature, not far from the beach of Grande Anse (largest beach in Guadeloupe), other beaches in red and black sand, the botanical garden of Coluche, the beautiful bay of Deshaies and the Cousteau reserve.
Various activated possible: hiking, scuba diving in the village, all water sports in Fort Royal, excursion to the Grand Cul de duffle bag, exploring the mangrove.

PARFAITEMENT PARFAIT, MAGNIFIQUE !

Séjour très très bien passé.Tout était parfait. La description de l'hébergement est conforme à la réalité; pas d'entourloupe. Le confort matériel est garanti. Le lieu est très charmant, c'est un magnifique cadre. Le propriétaire et ses représentants sont très sympathiques. Ils se préoccupent vraiment du bien être des locataires. Ils ont été prévenants et disponibles. Le meilleur pour la fin : LA PROPRETÉ des lieux, intérieur comme extérieur. Moi qui ne me déplace pas sans mes désinfectants en tout genre (je suis Monk en jupon), j'ai été bien embarrassée, pour ne pas dire autre chose, avec toute ma gamme de Sanytol. Nous étions 4, tout le monde est parti satisfait. Message pour André : Si cela ne tient qu'à nous, nous reviendrons !

Superbe

Très belle maison dans un quartier résidentielle, très bien équipée, vue sur montagne d'un côté et mer de l'autre. Etant sur les hauteurs, cela nécessite néanmoins un véhicule pour aller aux plages. On met moins de 5 minutes en voiture pour aller à Grande Anse, pour moi la plus belle plage de Guadeloupe, il faut savoir nager car il y a des rouleaux (pour les plus petits, préférez la plage de Petite Anse). Sans hésitation, allez visiter la mangrove avec le Blue Lagoon à Sainte Rose, tout simplement formidable.

Merveilleux séjour à Deshaies

Nous avons passé deux de vacances dans cette maison spacieuse et très agréable. Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans une maison créole typique dotée de tout le confort moderne (notamment la climatisation dans les chambres). De plus nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin très soigné et la vue sur le soleil plongeant dans la mer le soir. La maison est dans un quartier calme et est très bien situé pour visiter le nord de Basse Terre.

Très beau pavillon et bel environnement !

Nous avons vue de très belles cascades dont celle du carbet !! La flore est magnifique et les bords de mer très beau !!séjour à refaire une autre année !

Très agréable et au calme

Nous étions très confortablement installé, en étant deux familles evec les enfants. La maison spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Elle se trouve dans le calme et dans la verdure avec une vue sur mer. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine entre amis dans cette villa au calme a quelques minutes de Deshaies confort simple. manque un peu de vaisselle pour 5 adultes et 2 enfants .par contre rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour la haute saison en guadeloupe .

Séjour authentique

Belle maison créole située sur les hauteurs donc bien ventilée et au calme de la campagne. La plage de Grande Anse est à 5 mn en voiture et le charmant village de DESHAIES à peine plus loin. La maison est spacieuse et bien entretenue;l'équipement suffisant lui confère un confort simple. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été aisés et l'accueil de la personne de confiance sur place a été sympathique. En conclusion,nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Caféière de DESHAIES quand nous reviendrons sur l'île. Christine,Evelyne,Marc & Philippe

Séjour du 8/2/15 au 22/2/15 à Deshaies

Une location qui nous a parfaitement convenu. Une maison avec tout le nécessaire, confortable et calme, à à peine plus d'1 km de Grande Anse (à Deshaies). Les échanges par courrier avec le propriétaire situé en métropole ont été rapides et cordiaux. Sur place, une personne très sympathique était disponible. A recommander.
