Beautiful view over Plage de Grand Anse

Martine, the owner, was a delightful host. She treated me to delicious homemade soursop juice and was always available to answer questions as needed. The lodging is located at 220meter elevation, so provides for cooler nights relative to sea level. The bedroom had AC as well. Often cooked meals there. Outside patio with expansive view of Plage de Grand Anse. Highly recommend.

Beautiful private apartment

This apartment was in a beautiful location in the high altitudes above the sea. The hosts were wonderful. There are many steps to get to the apartment but once you are there it is very private.

Family split across 2 apartments, not recommended

Residential area in the hills, spent 1 week. Instead of the reserved apartment for our family of 3 we got only a one-bedroom apartment and a separate bedroom with bath on the other side of the house. The owner gave inappropriate remarks about not over-controlling our adolescent child and not needing to stick together throughout the holiday. Equipment and tidiness of apartment largely OK, except a grimy kitchen and empty of bottles behind a curtain. Construction material and some plastic waste scattered in and around the house. Overall inacceptable, our stay was much disturbed by the situation.

Superbe!

Excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont super sympa et à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'appartement est impeccable avec une terrasse qui offre une vue imprenable du coucher de soleil. La nature, la vue et le confort

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Christiane, une personne dont la bonne humeur est contagieuse. L’appartement est très confortable et spacieux avec une belle grande terrasse intime bien orientée pour l’ensoleillement. Situé dans les hauteurs, cela rend celui-ci plus aéré (pas besoin de climatisation) et il n’y avait pas de moustique. Une famille de poules et son coq sauvage vive auprès de l’appartement et agrémente le quotidien et les matins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La villa se trouve dans une impasse au calme et en hauteur ce qui permet une très belle vue sur la mer des Caraïbes. La location est fidèle aux photos. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et discrets. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le repas préparé à notre arrivée accompagné d'un planteur. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L'accueil, la vue, la situation et la climatisation sont les points forts de cette location. Néanmoins nous avons été très dérangés par le manque de véritables fenêtres dans la chambre, séjour, cuisine et salle de bains, laissant entrer tous les insectes et le bruit des coqs, grenouilles et cigales propres à l'île, ne nous permettant pas de nous reposer.

Appartemenent agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, ventilé avec une large terrasse permettant de profiter au maximum de l'aperçu mer. L' accès est rapide (5mn en voiture) aux superbes plages de Rifflet ou de la perle nettement moins fréquentées que grande anse. Martine Christiane a répondu à nos demandes avec beaucoup de disponibilité et de gentillesse .Repas prévu à notre arrivée. Seul détail pouvant être amélioré : La vaisselle disparate... En conclusion l'appartement était conforme à l'annonce et à notre attente.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick

Das Apartment liegt wunderschön über der Bucht von Grande Anse. Es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Christiane die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit Allein das Krähen der vielen Hähne nervt etwas, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Gite de qualité sur les hauteurs de Deshaies avec une tres belle vue et de l'espace

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte de qualité en duplex. Nous avions accès aux terrasses des deux niveaux avec de superbes vues sur la plage de grande anse et la mer des Caraïbes. L'endroit est bien ventilé et on y vit très bien sans climatisation. La propriétaire :Christiane, est adorable et prévenante. Une mention pour son colombo de cabri 😊 ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix .

Extraordinaire séjour !

La maison de Christiane est très bien située et offre une vue extraordinaire ! Le quartier est très calme, la location est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Pas de climatisation, mais un ventilateur dans la chambre et des pièces très aérées permettant de conserver une température agréable partout. Christiane est très accueillante et on a apprécié la petite surprise d'accueil : ti punch et cocktail de fruits pour les enfants ! Bref, une super adresse à partager !

Wonderful quiet place with an amazing view

We just returned from this beautiful place and would highly recommend it. the house has an amazing view of Grande Anse and is in a perfect location close enough to Deshaies. We stayed here two families with kids and there was enough room to spread out, lots of bathrooms and several great large balconies with views. There is a small kitchen which does have everything you may need to prepare a meal which we did several times. The owner on site Christiane is wonderful, very helpful in anything you may need, she even prepared a delicious dinner for us as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return someday. Guadeloupe is beautiful.

Fantastique!

Excellente location au calme, propre, bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage de la Grande Anse. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par Christiane qui est une très bonne hôte. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous retournerons dans cette location sans hésiter!

"Propreté impeccable, hôtesse charmante. Gite spacieux, agréable, bien équipé. Lieu très calme et belle vue sur la mer et la superbe plage de Grande Anse. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ici, d’abord en couple, puis avec les parents dans une chambre à côté. Il n’y a pas de climatisation, mais il y a des moustiquaires au-dessus des lits. Parfois la nuit il faisait assez chaud, mais quand il y avait du vent, c’était très agréable."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christiane. L'appartement était conforme à la description avec une vue splendide sur la plage de Grande Anse.
