"We loved this large and spacious home. The huge kitchen and many bathrooms were great!! It was nice and clean and Joe always responded very quickly to any questions/request we had.The pool was large and we enjoyed a lot of time in it. The red mountain scenery around the home and area was so pretty!! We loved having the fun water park right across the street. The slides for kids were great and the lazy river was deeper than most and moved along at a good clip. So much fun! We brought our own tubes with. A couple of things needed fixing - the switch on the hot tub was broke but I'd text Joe and he very quickly turned it on remotely. Also the big patio umbrella was broken. We were able to put it up but not raise it but it still provided some shade. Overall a very beautiful spacious home and we'd stay again if we came back to hike Zion NP."

"The house has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The kitchen is loaded and the beds are comfy. We loved all the different gathering spaces throughout the home. Having our own pickleball court and pool was a huge hit!"

"Beautiful facility. Cleaning was not done so we had a 2 hour late check in. The pools required cleaning and chemicals so they were unusable for several hours. The accommodations like bedrooms and kitchens were excellent. I would recommend this facility and will be staying there in the future. Hopefully some focus on cleaning schedule and pool maintenance."

"Loved this property! It was large with a lot of open space and accommodated our group very well. As to be expected in large homes with many bathrooms, but the water pressure was pretty low. We had so much fun though, would certainly stay again!"
