"We didn't eat the breakfast. It's given to clients in a box and didn't look too appetizing. On Tuesday we wanted to go swimming and the pool was very dirty. My husband asked if it could be cleaned. The rep said the maintenance worker had gone home for the day and would do it the next day. On Thursday evening we went back and it was even dirtier. I asked the rep and she said it was debris from the wind and no one was on site working but her. My husband told her on Wednesday that our phone was dead and she said someone would come and fix it. When we left on Friday no one had been there to fix it. Three of the electrical outlets were inoperable in our room (room 111). Two had no power to it and the third one wouldnt hold a plug plugged into it. We told the rep on Weds and she said someone would come and look at it. No one ever did. When we checked in we had no wash cloths in the room. The next morning before we left my husband went to the office and the rep said she'd have them put in the room. When we got back to our room we had one wash cloth. My husband found the cleaning lady and she said she already put ONE in the room. My husband got another from her. The next day while gone the cleaning lady left us only one wash cloth again. So long story short - it was as if there was no staff on site to do anything for us b/c we got no satisfaction to our issues. We won't be staying again. And we will share our experience at Ramada by Wyndam"

"ATTENTION CHRIS ( the owner)The breakfast is ALWAYS good!The gal that runs the breakfast place is FANTASTIC! She cares food/service sheprovides! And I always look forward to that part HOWEVER, Chris, Up until Thursday , May14, I considered BW Yuma Palms my home away from home! I live in Baja and go to Yuma a couple times a month for medical treatment.I don’t know if I will ever go back now!May14,Thursday when I arrived to check in,after a surgical procedure, I was Blown Away by the HORRIBLE treatment/reception I received !!!The 2 females in the office verbally attacked me! This is how it went: I arrived approx 5:30/6pm. Checked in fairly smoothe as always.Got to my room and had no bath tub . was a handicap room, which is normally no problem . I’m not handicapped but no big deal shower is fine. But after the type of surgery I had I really needed a tub! I called the front desk, same girl answered. I said : could I please move to a room w/ tub? And !explained why ! She says that’s the room you booked and NO! I can’t do that. I explained I accidentally had booked that room, not realizing it only had a shower! She hung upon me! I called back: “ why did you hang up on me!!? She hung up again!drove to front desk, she was on the phone..waiting for her to finish her call,other girl came in from the back, gave me a dirty stare ! Finally I said: could I move to a different room please and told her why. They both started attacking!I calledmgr! She moved me next door!"

"Front desk office staff were terrible about communicating with other front desk staff. Left my Mother's suitcase. Made arrangements with them to have my friend pick it up. They didn't have it. After I was told they did. Now I have to wait and talk to their manager. Poor communication."

"Everything was amazing like always a second time there the pool was fun to be in and the Jacuzzi was relaxing and the gym and sauna is always a great addition to this hotel. I am a little disappointed that the owners are changing, but I still hope that they continue to have the same amenities as as well as great customer service 10 out of 10"
