"Our March stay at this Carefree property was absolutely wonderful! After renting homes in this area for over a decade, I can confidently say this ranks among the very best we've experienced.The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout. The kitchen deserves special mention as it was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.We particularly enjoyed the private backyard with its heated swimming pool - perfect for relaxing after exploring Tonto National Forest. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for evening strolls, with downtown Carefree being just an easy walk away.Jodi and Dean had timely responses to all of our requests and needs. This is truly a top-notch property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Arizona experience. We'll definitely be considering this home for future visits to Carefree!"

"This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay. It was recently renovated with excellent amenities, eg, a modern kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. Other condo amenities include new furnishings throughout, updated bathrooms, and wide screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
The new HVAC system worked perfectly.
We look forward to our next stay.
