Es war ein zauberhaftes familiengeführtes Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aufgeschlossen und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es war sauber, das Essen das Frühstück war grandios. Eine riesengroße Auswahl und Vielfalt für Mittag und Abendessen gab es auch eine Karte mit diversen schnellen Gerichten. All in All waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden Und würden immer wiederkommen.

Beautiful classic property with view of Lake Garda and the surrounding area. Minutes from shopping and dining, this hotel was perfect for our stay! Breakfast had an amazing assortment of regional options, AND DIY mimosas!!! I’d definitely stay here again! ❤️

Das Frühstück hatte 4-Sterne-Nivea mit reichlich Auswahl. Alles sehr köstlich. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Die Parkplatzsuche in der Nebenstraße hat funktioniert, war aber immer aufregend, ob man noch einen Parkplatz bekommt.

Skønt lille hotel i udkanten af Dezensano med serciveminded og imødekommende medarbejdere. Pool-område er lille og vandet holdes koldt - tagterrassen og skøn men ikke tilgængelig om aftenen.

Fint hotel til prisen

Fint lille hotel udenfor Sirmione. Der er 1ladestander foran hotellet til elbil. Men ellers få parkeringspladser. Meget venligt personale. Der er tagterrasse med 2 spa, som man kan booke en halv time, det fungerede rigtig fint. Der er dog meget få pladser ved den almene pool. Vi havde altan med udsigt over vandet fra værelset og værelset var rigtigt fint.

Such a nice stay in hotel Berta! Pool area was perfect in the hot weather. Short walk to the beach and a bus to Sirmione leaves behind the corner

Stay 23rd -27th June Hotel is very well located to near by Sirmione which sits right next to lake Garda. Hotel is clean and very comfortable albeit slightly old fashioned which is fine because they get it right. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. The bedrooms are clean and air conditioning is set perfectly and isn’t noisy. The beds are super comfy too. Breakfast is vast and has a great variety which will cover all dietary requirements. The swimming pool is lovely and clean. We are already making arrangements for a return in October when it’s not so hot!

Trevligt familjärt hotel med bra frukost och annan restaurangmat. Vi var supernöjda. Det enda vi anser negativt är att det ligger lite off. Mitte emellan Desenzano och Sirmione så man fick gå en del för att ta sig till bad och andra restauranger. Vi hade slarvat med att kolla upp detta själva så eg vårt fel ☺️

Obwohl das Hotel in einer vermeintlich ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt war unser Zimmer unerträglich laut. Man hörte nachts den Lärm von Autos, morgens um 7Uhr wurden in 6 Tagen 4 mal die Glasmülltonnen geleert! Stühle wurden auch morgens zum putzen hin und her geschoben. Unser Zimmer lag zum Pool hin und fast jeden Abend waren Personen abends/nachts dort laut am reden. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert, wie beschrieben, und sauber, jedoch fehlte ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Gegen Morgen kamen Küchengerüche von gebackenem ins Zimmer (wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft). Parkplätze waren in der Umgebung genug zu finden, die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind zu wenig. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich immer frisch gebackene Kuchen und jede Menge Antipasti, frisches Obst und Eiervaranten. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns begeistert. Es wurden zuletzt einige Zimmer renoviert im obersten Stockwerk und obwohl wir in einem unrenovierten Zimmer im ersten Stock waren, war alles spitze. Großes, gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon inklusive Seeblick. Das Frühstück war überraschend und spitzenmäßig. Eine dermaßen große, vielfältige Auswahl habe ich selten erlebt. Jeden Tag wechselt das Angebot, es gibt eine Variation an deftigem und süßem Frühstück, mit Pudding, Pancakes, spitzenmäßigem Obstsalat und diversen italienischen Speisen. Alles ist selbstgemacht. Bisschen blöd fanden wir, dass man sich seinen Frühstückstisch nicht immer selbst aussuchen durfte, aber das war auch etwas dem Andrang zur späten Frühstückszeit geschuldet. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine 24h-Rezeption, auch wenn man meist auf sich aufmerksam machen muss, wenn man etwas möchte. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit zwei Whirlpools der Extraklasse inklusive schönstem Seeblick. Man kann sich auf Sonnenliegen entspannen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Total schön und definitiv etwas, dass wir in diesem Hotel nicht unbedingt erwartet hätten. Der Aufenthalt bleibt definitiv in Erinnerung. Für 3 Sterne in Italien ein mega Hotel, dass wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, gerade in der Nebensaison Ende April.
