Our stay at the house in Iowa for the national speech and debate tournament was delightful. Despite being an older home, it was well-updated and impeccably clean. Accommodating five teenagers and myself, we all slept comfortably, although sharing just two bathrooms required some coordination. The proximity to downtown was a major plus, allowing us easy access to the tournament venues and local amenities. The property manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond by providing an extra fan for one of the rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent, thanks to the cozy accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.

This was a very clean older home. It has had areas of the home that have been updated such as the kitchen which was nice. Nice large area for parking multiple vehicles. Close access to highway and quiet location in an older neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet clean home with no frills than look no further.

Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.
