"The Hotel is absolutely Gorgeous.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Zach at the fro t desk. Have us wonder restaurant options with a free shuttle ride too and back if we didn’t want to walk. We were in town for a concert at Wells Fargo Arena and got a complimentary shuttle saving us an Uber ride. Zach is right Best Martinis in Des Moines ( he dared us to proof him wrong- we couldn’t ) Small Hotel (51 rooms) in Downtown Des Moines is 5 🌟"

"My overnight impromptu stay was better than expected. I was in town for a baseball tournament and decided to get a room last minute vs driving home 2hrs just to get back on the road at 6am to drive another 2hrs. Especially after sitting in 85° heat all day. The folks at the check-in were courteous and clear with the hotel procedures and amenities.
