Booked for two nights. Second night we get back to our room. Door has been open all day while we were gone and the room was a disaster. Housekeeping had been across the hall when we left in the morning. Very poor housekeeping service and overall staff.

I explained to the morning shift that there was mold in the shower. He did not tell me sorry, he told me they would have maintenance check it out. No compensation (was not exactly looking for it). Not much remorse.

Super Friendly staff! Tyler checked me in. He was cordial, helpful and quick. The property was clean and the room was in EXCELLENT condition! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was a great value!
