Enjoy both downtown and the great outdoors as this large townhome is located between Downtown Des Moines and Grey's Lake (walking paths/concerts). With 3 large bedrooms and two living spaces, there is plenty of room to spread out! The 3rd floor features a wet bar, space to hang out and a 900 sq ft rooftop patio. Parking is right by the unit (in front or the back).

Host is not new to hosting and property is not new to being a VRBO so don't let zero reviews scare you away. Owner of the property took over hosting.

Stayed at this beautiful home in Des Moines while my mother-in-law and I were in town for my son’s college baseball games. The house was perfect. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. It felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Everything worked exactly as it should and the check-in process was seamless. The location made getting around easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.
