Hotel Fort Des Moines, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Decor and cleanliness were great. Really liked having a beach sized towel for the shower and not some tiny, thin towel."
Hot Tub, Fenced Yard, Games, Office/Gym + Pets Ok!
10/10 Excellent
"Nice, clean property with lots of space. Conveniently located, a very short distance from city of Des Moines. Papa John's Pizza and a gas/convenience store is within walking distance. The hot tub was great, well maintained. "
"This large upper unit was perfectly located off 235 so we could navigate to all our events easily. Street parking was readily avaliable. The charming exterior has potential to be more upscale with improved landscaping. Our older guests felt a bit insecure on the outside steps without railings at the very bottom. The open concept living area was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. The dinning area easily sat 8 people. The kitchen had plenty of counter space. Cabinets had lots off minor issues with hardware, but overall functional. A nice little coffee bar was also available with some supplies. All 3 bedrooms had closets available. The center bathroom had vanity cabinet space as well. Both baths were dated and showed wear but relatively clean and supplied with soaps, TP, and towels. A little office nook and outdoor upper patio with newer furnishings. The place was a bit dusty, had cloudy windows, and the patio had lots of fall debris. There was a roof leak in the kitchen and one window frame during a storm. We contacted the host and he thanked us for letting him know.Overall a very nice place to stay.Would definitely recommend a stay."
Ingersoll Immersion - 4BR city gem with game table; near all the excitement!
10/10 Excellent
"This home was out home away from home. Clean and spacious. This home fits all ages. If u are older and cannot climb stairs there is a bedroom/ game room on first floor. There is no bed just a futon. Beds are comfortable. Lots of games to choose from a nice patio in back and nice deck in the front. Centrally located. Would rent again. "
