"Quiet, nice room, poor area of town"

"Room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Heat/AC unit not working when we arrived and was not even turned on. Fortunately staff were helpful and got things working right away, but room was freezing for some time. Breakfast was just ok, coffee in carafe was cold and both coffee and juice machines were not working. Probably would not stay again."

" there’s no bugs at least, but the rooms need quite a bit more deep cleaning. There is lots of dust in the windowsills hand prints on the window, smears and finger/hand prints on the mirrors, make up smears on some of the counters, some leftover hair in places, crumbs on the bed upon first entering. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was probably about a 3 out of 10. If you’re in a pinch it’s a place to sleep for cheap but if you have $50 pick another hotel "

"The water park has been shut down for quite some time which is very disappointing. The best part of the property it is connected to the mall."

"Good location - quite place for a day or two to stay in a best price. Rooms are decent and clean however need some renovation like in lobby area and need some more improvement in breakfast selection (very common one what we got)"
