"Very good welcome and services. Fabulous restaurant. Very nice and pretty decoration and garden. But noisy and no cooling devise in bedroom so have to open window on the road side so very noisy. Pity because with cooling device it would have been almost perfect."

"Our stay at Villa Santa Maria was incredible. The property was beautiful and everything was clean and well maintained. The are 2 adjacent units, one with 4 bedrooms and another with 3. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We had access to the full property with amazing accommodations. We made wood fired pizza on our last night!Our host, Franca, was very accommodating and easily reachable in case we had a question or needed something. "Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!"
