"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. "Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team. A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant, his dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. From that moment on, everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and all facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and beautiful pier beachfront. The hotel's location is ideal, close enough to Bodrum town centre, the marina, shops, and Bodrum Castle, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. What we loved most was the hotel's size. It offers all the facilities you need while maintaining an intimate, personalised feel. What began as a concern quickly became a memorable holiday experience. Thank you to Eren and the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum."

"All was fine until the check out day- asked the team night before that our flight is late at night and if we could have a late check out. No reply- supposedly have own personal assistant..on the day asked again, was told can wait in the lobby!! With a 9 year old until 10 pm. Asked to see manager, asked if they don't have late check out.. half baked apology.. despite all the saga, front reception ringing when I am vacating the room..premises luxury,service/ mentality so amateurish.."

Paint and varnish flakes that haven’t been swept up near these areas. Dinner was horrible. Awful service, food that was finally served was not per the menu. A wonderful breakfast buffet with cold eggs and no coffee. I wouldn’t return."
