Location is perfect as it's in town, easy access to city centre and lots to do.
Dinning/breakfast room was beautiful and welcoming.
Parking down the road but i was lucky to park in front of the hotel for free, thanks to the night staff at reception.
Arrival: Not too smooth as I had only booked room/accommodation an hour before arrival. I was not given WiFi information and couldn't call, as there was no phone in the room. The bed was beautifully made, but it was a challenge to keep the bed in place (maybe a rug or heavier bedstead would help), so I didn't sleep too well. Air-conditioning wasn't working, but I had a fan in the room. Some of the floor parquet was loose in a few places. Shower good. Facility in room great, you can have lots of tea and coffee, and they even left 2x bottles of water (excellent touch).
Breakfast: I arrived about 20 minutes before the end of breakfast, and I finally took my breakfast order 15 mins later (friendly staff member). Breakfast was good, and it was tasty. Quantity just right, presentation was good.
Checkout: I asked for a later checkout, and the staff member was accommodating and polite (I called reception via my mobile phone). Forty-five minutes after checkout time, I checked out. On the way out, I asked for a glass of ice and was met with an absolute "No"! Unsure why there was no ice in such a large hotel at almost 12 noon, but I wasn't given a reason, so said my "thank you" and left.
