"Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb"

If there was any suggestions then I would suggest, when they have space available in the hotel, then they should not put guests in adjoining rooms. People can be loud especially if they leave the balcony doors open and chit chat loudly. Rest everything was great. "

"Stayed at this hotel on Temple Road, McLeod Ganj in January end 2026 and honestly had a very nice experience. Food was really good. The balcony view was amazing — you can see Dharamshala and snow-covered mountains, which felt super peaceful. The place is calm and quiet but still very close to the main square and Dalai Lama Temple, so location is perfect. Mrs Sonia at the reception was very welcoming and kind, made us feel comfortable right from the start. Overall, a simple, peaceful stay with great views and good food. "
